An excellent store amid so many lackluster or apathetic pawn shops in the area this is a gem. Turner was phenomenal quickly and smoothly had me in and out in no time, and the entire staff was a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be returning soon. Check them out.

I’m not going to lie my service was exceptional I’m quite new into firearms and I do on multiple of them That’s not the only thing they sell but I mostly focus on firearms and her service is amazing I don’t feel stiff I always get education from them what I need questions to be answered the managers are very friendly and employees as well. So I give it a 10/5 stars really recommend this place I am Hispanic so they also speak to me in Spanish. The store may be small but their service is indeed Premier! Thank you guys!

Stopped in and was looking around. I was in the area visiting family and went to see if there was any ammo. This huge dude comes up to me and asks if I need help with anything. Told him I was just looking and he was cordial and didn't follow me around like most sales people do. The overall atmosphere was pretty chill. I live up in Fruitland Park and my experience there would make the long drive worth it.

Only ended up at this shop searching for a PlayStation on offer up. Realized one of the best deals I could find was being listed through Premier Pawn. The associate chatted with me through the app and answered questions, but they were all very helpful and courteous at the store in person as well. Absolutely loved the Concealed Carry Class. Both of the instructors Tim and Todd were very knowledgeable. Their sense of humor and friendly demeanor made something that can easily be seen as scary and intimidating very comfortable. They took time with each of us to insure that we understood the information and it’s importance. I left the class immediately feeling ten times more comfortable with my personal fire arm. The manager gave me a full refund for a iPhone XR that I brought 3 months ago. Neither of us knew that during the 3 months the phone was recently blocked by T-Mobile. Meaning the phone couldn't be connected to any phone company unless someone either pays off the remaining amount to T-Mobile or jails breaks it. The manager gave me a full refund even though it was well passed the 30 day grace period. This pawn shop is trustworthy and loyal to their customers. I definitely will shop here again in the future.

The only pawn shop I’ve ever been to that was actually pleasant. Luis, Gio, Heavenly, and “Carlos” are amazing, can’t say enough good things about them. They were all professional, courteous, and fair with their prices. Their store is full of laptops and firearms, all with more than fair prices. Literally the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I purchased the Black Widow and Spartan Ar15 and Martin was able to throw in a backpack case that holds both which was a $150 value. He also waived some fees and addressed any and all concerns that I had with absolute patience and thought me how to handle the firearms. Both him and all his workers pride customer service above everything else and made sure that I left happy. I mean if Snoop Dogg gave them a shout out on Instagram, they must be good, definitely come check them out.

I wish I could leave a zero but it won’t let me. The stuff was ignoring us and were not friendly. I don‘t know how they got the five star reviews from. I called ahead and asked if they wound be interested in the 2 BOSE Wave II system. They said yes we would be. The systems look like new out of the box. Once we got there we were ignored and had to asked for someone’s help. He was not friendly and did not even take a look and said „ I don’t think we would be interested in the Bose wave II system „. He wouldn’t even asked someone else when we told me they would be interested over the phone. Definitely not recommending the service and the place . STAY AWAY“
