I received the best customer service. I went into the pine hills branch to move the restrictions that I placed on my account. The person I needed was not available. Long story short a nice associate Rowendy helped me. I told her I don’t think she can that I wanted a particular person.She is a good listener and went into action mode,she was very polite. Turn out she could and did help me. With excellent people skills coupled with excellent customer service skills. Ms Rowendy made the phone call and got the restrictions removed,reactivate my bank card. She was so patient.

I received the best Addition Financial member: Manny. He helped me and my daughter open an account and helped with other of my needs. He helped in the best way possible, with a great attitude and kindness. He deserves the biggest raise.

Ms. Latrice with patient and took her time. I have four accounts to take care of and she handled them perfectly with perfection. Thank you for all you do

Miss Shaneque is a very professional individual who takes pride in her job. She made me feel welcome and comfortable doing business at the branch, there should be more employees like this lady. I’ve banked for over 25 years. I will only visit the Pine Hills branch. I live 20 mins away and will pass 2 branches to get to this location. Bermice the branch manager is amazing and makes you feel right at home with her warm and friendly personality. Good people and exceptional service every time!

I am so privileged to have had ms Shaneque working here I was out of town and unable to assist my father with his banking needs as he needed help with English. Although ms Shaneque is not of a Haitian background, she went through google translate and other sources to help my father as if I was present.
