Hey I want everyone to know that theses guys are awesome. I have been coming to the pine hills location for 2 years, doing business with them. I never thought that I would run into a problem because all I ever did was take out loans and repay that was it. Until one day, it was June 12 2021 I went into the location looking to purchase a weed eater. After finding the one I like I took it home and put it away because I wasn’t going to use it right away. On June 20 2021 I went to use the weed eater and it started however it would turn off shortly after. I was so worried because I know that the location does not honor refunds and that is totally understandable. So I started to look around to purchase a brand new one from Lowe’s or Home Depot . I couldn’t believe how expensive everything was over 300.00 for a good quality one. So I was left with one option and that was to go back to the pawn shop I got the old one from. When I got into the location I saw the same guy who sold the weed eater to me and I explained the issue I was having with the weed eater to him. He came outside and verified the info I told him was correct and automatically offered to exchange it for me with no hassle. I just want to make it known that if you respect the business and the people working in it, they will respect you in return. Come to find out the guy who was helping me was the store manager this was such a blessing to me thanks so much Daniel you are super amazing. I wish you all the best of luck and I look forward to doing business with you again as well as sending people your way.

Very clean place. Very reasonable with pawns. All other places wouldn't even look at what I brought, but they did and will earn my business again. Maybe not, I went in to pay a storage fee and found out its $45 a month. Basically, keeping my stuff there for 3 months will cost me $135 plus the $450 they loaned me. I don't see the 10% they claim to want back on pawns.

My husband’s birthday is tomorrow and his gift will be late so I decided to get him a ring, since his was lost. I went in expecting nothing and got everything I needed. I highly recommend Queen Of Pawns to anyone looking for firearms. Had a great experience today (6/16/19) buying my first firearm. Staff made me feel comfortable. I never get like I was dealing with a salesman. The encounter was more like a friend helping me out. Even got a free Coca-Cola! They have definitely earned my future business.

When I walked into Queen of Pawns I was instantly greeted by the employees. I was referred here by a friend of mine but I came today to purchase an Apple Watch. The transaction was very quick and he even showed me how to properly set up the Apple Watch to my phone because I had no idea what I was doing. Lol I will definitely come back soon 🙌🏾
