Chase Bank W Loop, Longview

Great Bank and customer service is wonderful 👏... Pat at the drive thru makes us feel like family. 💞 We are so Blessed that we chose "Chase" when our old bank closed their location in Longview.

You have to make an appointment to do the simplest things they were nice when I wanted to open a large account, but when I returned to get a notary it was not the same they were very short with me and could not do anything without an appointment. I will be looking for a bank that has full service and understands what customer service is.

This bank has the worst drive thru. EVERYTIME i come through this drive thru, it takes forever. There seems to only be 1 person ever working the window. I've never been to a bank that takes 45 minutes to get through the line and I was only the 2nd car. Its not just a one time thing, this is everyday that I come here.

We are new to Chase Bank. We moved 3 accounts to them. The service is horrible. 21 calls to them in 3 days. No one answered the phone not even once. We are hanging in there. At this point over 30 calls in the last month and no one ever answered the phone not even once.

I recently joined Chase Bank about a month ago. They have great customer service and they take the time to answer all of my questions. The loop 281 branch in Longview, Texas is an outstanding group.

This bank is awful. Every time you come in the lobby there is one teller. It makes know since. There is usually on teller in the drive thru. Don’t come here unless you have 15 minutes to wait. A BANK! REALLY!

I needed to set up a business checking account, and I had to set up an appointment first. I did it online through their system, but it was a little hard to work with. Good people though.

Great location, great tellers, I was in the office at the same time as the guy who just left the review above, (He threatened he’d leave a bad review)He was a complete idiot. The teller was nothing but calm. If you want great customer service, don't yell at the employees, don't cause a scene, don't be a jerk, the teller was great. I commend her for her patience, she did a great job, I would not have been as calm. This is a great Bank, with awesome employees. The moral is be a good human.

Neither Chase Bank branch in Longview answers their phone. We've tried calling like 20 times over the past 3 days and we can't get anyone to pick up. After hours we leave a message and nobody ever calls us back.

The service is always quick and accurate; Drive-thru banking is open late most days (until 6pm). The staff inside are always very professional, friendly and helpful. Can't ask for more from a bank really. Website works way better than Bank of America's did. No bugs to date, and the printer-friendly versions work and everything. The records only go back 3 months though, so better keep your statements.
