Chase Bank Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera

Poor customer service. I have a premier business account here at chase. I was in the area here so I stopped in to deposit a check, the lady wouldn't deposit my business check because it didn't have the "Inc." At the end of the business name. Then the manager walked over and told me to write "Inc" on the check that I didn't write. I mean really won't be coming back here. Funny thing I walked out to the ATM and deposited no problem. Seems these employees are uneducated on Chase banks rules and guidelines, and apparently don't value customer time.

An appointment is required to speak to a representative...they are very helpful. The tellers windows are open to help walk-ins without appointments.

I was there today 12/27/21 I wait long time no one's help me this lady she tell me if I have a appointment I say no she tell me only appointment but them not post anything at the door saying the only appointment bad service I give 1 star only she so rude I never going back at this branch 9125 Whittier av pico rivera 90660

This is the worst branch. I can't tell you how many times I've called and the phone just rings and rings with nobody ever answering. Then, when I finally an able to get through, if I ever leave a message they seem to never pass it along, because I rarely get a call back. I've not experienced any of these issues with any of the other branches I've dealt with.

Excellent service at this branch even though it was Friday a friendly and professional attitude, as well as plenty of parking.

I didn't see a drive-thru ATM. I went on a Sunday so the branch was closed but it had access to 3 walk-up ATMs

Every time I come here I end up leaving frustrated because they seem to feel like having the last say on how I can use my business account with them. After numerous times of this I decided to not come to chase and close my business account. The ladies here are on a power trip. I go to other chase and get treated well it’s just this branch in my city sucks. I hope corporate see this message that it’s losing my business. Get it together chase and trim the fat at this location people getting too comfortable.

I had to cash a check that was over $1,425. The cashier used their automated machine to count the money. OMG story short I was $20 short when counted it at home. Comsoned but not reimbursed.

Waiting in line, lady gets in line 3 persons behind me. Bank staff help the lady takes time from a window teller and let the line waiting for a longer. Time DESCRIMINATION? OR PRIVILIGES that the most of the customers dont know about

No restrooms for customer, no drive thru atm
