Wells Fargo Bank Washington Blvd, Pico Rivera

Customer service is very poor, 2 cashiers at the window and only one cashier attending more than 10 people doing line at 11:45 am on Monday. It's ridiculous that they can't have good customer service fast and efficient

Went to deposit money in the drive thru atm and it wasn’t counting my money right it was trying to short me 100 dollars each time I tried! I tried to call to speak to someone and no one of course answers the phone!. I dislike this one so much I always gotta go. Extra and go to the one in Whittier.

Everytime, I walk into this branch they always have a huge line. Why is there not enough bank tellers? That's not my main, complaint. My main concern, is that I'll be waiting 20-30 minutes just to be seen by a banker. I sign in, before others and they get seen first. Which is fine. But then I see the bankers, done with the customer just sitting down. Doing nothing. I asked if I was going to be seen soon, and their response has mild interest. I prefer the Wells Fargo in Santa Fe Springs. Much friendlier, and faster customer service. Gmfu

God i hate this bank. Idiots didn't close my account properly and they are trying to charge fees. GO TO A CREDIT UNION!!!!!!!! Unlike credit unions this bank does not have a restroom for customers . Typical of big banks but not really a welcoming environment even though they have greeters. Lines especially on Fridays can be long. Plenty of parking and visible from the street. Does have security indoors sometimes visible outside.

This is my bank but this branch sucks. If you are in Whittier, go to the one on Santa Fe Springs, its day and night. They need to get a district manager to this branch, there are always lines, reps never return phone calls and they lie to you, just so you can get a account open.

The slowest bank!! Aways long lines at this bank. The reason i Dont bank at wells Fargo. I came in to deposit for someone else and glad i dont come here often.

This place doesn't have enough tellers, waiting time is more than 30 minutes every time we come here...

Worst experience ever. I was there today at Saturday, and right from the start Maria the lady in the front was rude. I told her that i wanted to speak with a personal banker. As i was waiting she actually went and sat next to me and told me to go online, that I could do everything there. I told her i would wait, as i was talking to the personal banker Maria.... older lady with curly hair went and interrupted us, the personal banker told her that she was helping me if they could send someone else to lunch first and she said no. Just have her go online. So rude i had to leave, she had the guts to push by stroller with my baby out of the way. With my baby inside!!! Great team Wells Fargo. What a shame.

The most slowest bank ever in human history! They are so slow that you need to stay they 4 days to get your job done! They are so slow that even you cant catch their move with high speed camera Edit: if I had spent the time in studying that I spent at this bank I would be working at CERN in Switzerland

Long line no matter time of day. I don't know why there are so many windows when you don't find more than 2 open! 40 minutes in line for 6 people in front of me? ridiculous!! RUDE, snobby workers; Some are not knowledgeable at all! I do not go to this certain location anymore, I go elsewhere!!
