Hello, I haven’t been able to get even a call back from this company in the last week. I guess my credit was seen and automatically ignored. We all have a point in life where things don’t go according to plan. I am in real need of a loan and would appreciate the help.

I received an additional loan so I went to the office this time. Everyone there was very helpful and professional. They answered all of my questions and helped receive the loan the same day. I appreciate all of their help and service. I would recommend them to everyone who needs assistance.

The Staff followed through on my loan approval even after I got a loan from another lender. Mariner Finance was able to get me a much better loan fast and easy. Mariner finance is horrible to do business with . For starters they don't have matching information from your online account and thier office systems the numbers were off by $500.00 and you call them on it and you get no response and beware of them trying to get additional payments without authorization, they did it twice to me with having 4 payments within 2 months, straight shady place . Never again will I do business with them , I'm glad it's over what a nightmare

I love the fact that they were pro-active and called me up And offered a solution to my COVID19 layoffs. The process was relatively easy and the transaction smooth but the disappointing part is I specifically gave them a new account information to deposit my money into and to withdraw my money from in the future and they did not read my application and placed it in the wrong account which I have a dispute on right now so I don't even have access to the $250 that they gave me. But at least I got my payments deferred until June. I also feel that they should be offering at least a $1,000 for refinancing something. They've improved generally in the past few months now I have to adjust where my payments are coming from myself. Was hoping this would be a 100% positive experience but I'll give them a B-. Hopefully in the future they'll listen and pay a little bit closer attention that's all otherwise the whole transaction was otherwise very enjoyable just the money deposit was a significant mistake. Update - It is extremely difficult to reach them now and I was shocked when they put 80% of EXTRA MONEY towards my loan "Principle" towards interest instead and I am not behind in payments at all. Additionally, I got this loan to help my credit but think see that it's a Very High interest rate and the FICO takes this into consideration negatively. I have a 3% usage out of over $100k credit available with all payments rated Exceptional and yet my score hasn't risen above 767 at any time. Borrowers beware, their loans are upward of 35%!!
