Very bad experience. He was very rude. Offered me a very low price. Compared my item to something eles that he was trying to sell.

This wasn't the first time I've worked with Art's Pawn Shop and definitely won't be the last. I always have a great experience here with excellent customer service and willingness to go over and beyond what is expected. You don't find too many companies nowadays that have that old school vibe that tells you you're working with family. This pawn shop is more than exceptional. They're honest and courteous. Thanks!!

Awesome shop went to 3 other pawn shops that were rude and wouldnt help me. Went to citrus pawn and they were polite and professional and helped me get the cash i needed. Should have went there first dont waste your time anywhere else

I love this pawn shop!!! It’s my favorite and my go to!!! They are always friendly and they always work with me!!! Ask for Jonathan he’s amazing!!! Love their inventory and have been a customer there for years!!! Anytime I’m low on cash they are happy to help. They even do layaways and are awesome!!! I love their layaways and how they work with them..anything you need ask for Jonathan!! He’s amazing at what he does and is very friendly!!! He’s my go to guy!!! Everything was fine and overhead music was great. I would pawn or sell here again. The shop needs more collectables and musical instruments. Other than a lack of something that catches my eyes, it was an excellent experience and efficient pawning. The person was empathetic to the sentimental value of my instrument being pawned. 5/5 for this shop.

Easily the worst pawn shop whittier has to offer. If there was a possible way to give less than 1 star that would be my rating... the workers behind the desk are very condescending and it feels as if they are just committing robbery on people in need... I had went in to sell some power tools they offered me 10$ each and about 2 weeks later I went back to the store and they were each going for 300 or more dollars. I have to say I was baffled and I'm not sure how these men sleep at night knowing that they are taking and robbin people in need
