Went in to browse for some equipment for yard work. WOW! Just WOW!!! Tony and his staff are top notch and very knowledgeable. I always thought pawn shops were just “you get what you see”. Not here! The professionalism that the entire staff showed will have me coming back for years to come. They don’t sell junk, everything was in great condition. I have my eye on a ring for the wife, that I will more than likely pull the trigger on. Keep up the great work guys!!

I went in the other day real quick and Frank helped me, he was very nice and funny. They have good customer service and a few items, my son purchased a guitar from there.

I call about something that they had posted on Facebook Market them I call to verify that they had it and they confirmed it and said that they would hold it but when I took the hour drive to them I I was there supposedly they sold it that to me is not a good way to make customers I really wouldn't recommend them or purchase anything from them I really need it the item and they confirmed that they would hold it for me not to mention the time and gas that I spent driving back another hour

Andrew helped me out last night, he was so nice and helpful. I came in right as they were about to close, but he saw me rushing to get in the door and helped me out. I didn’t really know much about the whole process of selling something, and he walked me through it and explained everything. I’ll be coming back in today to bring the rest of my stuff. Absolutely recommend coming in here, they will treat you well and help you out!

AJL is the best and they actually care about their customers . The staff here are kind.and always go above and beyond to assure every customer is satisfied eith their services. Thank you for always helping me get through some tough times when money was tight . I highly recommend this business to my friends when they need quick cash for any emergency situation and they have all have had good experiences just like I have. I wish they had more jewelry in the Whittier Blvd location though as I prefer dealing with the personnel at this location. Keep up the good work !

One of the nicest customer service pawn shops i have ever been to. I brought in my item told them what i needed and without barging he gave me what i need first time ever that has happened that easy! Bad experience turning in my gold coins . Some white guy tried offering me $1,200 for the five of my coins .lol which I clearly know how much they are worth. I did get what I wanted for them each at the end but to have the nerve to offer that to me. I clearly know to value of them and probably could have gonna almost what they are worth somewhere else but was in need of cash to pay the bills unfortunately and got half there value each . I just felt like because I went in alone and plus I’m a chick he tried to pull the blanket over my eyes. NOT COOL AT ALL.

Super high interest. Nearly 60 percent interest on an item they only wanted to give 30 for that was valued at 250. This place is a rip off. Way better places around that aren't trying to exploit or steal from you.

Bad service! It’s Wednesday 7:45pm it say they stay open until 8pm. I drove 30 min but when I get here the sign says open but doors are locked. I call and the worker sees me at the door. They pickup and say they have to close early for “inventory” and to come back tomorrow at 12 noon when they open.

I've always liked working with Andrew. I need to go back soon. Is Andrew still working there?
