February 15, 2022 This Chase Bank, 10391 Big Bend Rd, Riverview, FL 33578, is the " WORST " Chase bank I've ever been to. They're very rude to customers when they ask a question. As I was standing in line waiting to be helped, a Disabled Senior Citizen (lady) asked the teller if she could speak with a banker. The teller was very rude to her and told her that she needed to make an appointment, so she asked her if she could make one. The teller said no, very rudely, and told her to go on Chase.com to make her own appointment, and the lady left with a sad and confused face. I went to the teller booth and told her she shouldn't speak to customer like that: respect your elders. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated there was no manager there. I would never ever return to that location again! I will be calling Chase's complaint department! 👎🏻

UPDATE***** After I left this review for these people, they froze my account. Wish i was joking, but these guys have screwed me good. If you leave an honest review, hide your name. They hate when you tell the truth about them. Bought a business, and came here to put my name on account. waiting in lobby for 1 hour as of now. Asked them if manager can help, nope. asked them to call branch 5 miles down road for help, nobody answers phone. Called this location, nobody answers phone. Customer is the last thing they care about here. Dont take my word for it, call them. Nobody answers the phone. So glad tax payers bailed out these people.

Very naughty customer service treat guess like unhuman. We try to open business account walk in one and they make oppointment for the next week. Come in the next week they said the appointment is cancelled and said the banker wasn't there to open our new checking account it is shame they treat their customer like trash. Sorry that not all people are white and have more money. We are minority but do have small business and do have money, don't treat us like we aren't human because we aren't white

I asked myself how can such a big bank get such terrible customer rating, then I experienced it for myself today. I could not get the manager to fix something that they made a mistake on. The missed a 0 on my birthday and instead of taking 10 seconds to fix the manager Jennifer Barry told me I will need to wait in line again for another banker. I have banked with Suntrust for the last 20 years and never had such a horrible experience. I also never paid $8 for a cashiers check with Suntrust. I was also asked twice for my ID. I had shoulder surgery yesterday and I guess I don’t look like I belong in this bank. Ironically sun trust greeted my by name when I walked into the branch across the street.

I would give them a zero if I could. Got in a shouting match with the manager due to teller having a ten minute personal chat while I waited to cash a check. While being friendly and personable is nice, do it while there isn’t a another person waiting, or work while chatting but don’t stop to chat while others are in a hurry. I asked the manager if he could get additional help. He said the wait will be less than five minutes. I waited seven. Rude and bad customer service. I really don’t think it’s all the tellers fault. They should have more tellers, or managers who are able I fulfill both roles.

Find another bank or branch. Won't answer phone, was told to come into bank to set appointment to open another account. Once we got to the bank they would not set an appointment and told us to do it online and they were booked till next week. I have never seen a company make you work so hard to try and give them money. I would look elsewhere

Wont answer the phone no matter what time I call, or how many times I call. The Site doesn’t do much for people and doesn’t answer new customers questions much at all and when you try to call you don’t receive no answer. The branch itself isn’t bad tho and the people were very polite to me.

Worst experience ever. They don’t have employees at all and the employees that they have you can tell they don’t want to help at all. They told me all that you need is at chase.com seriously. Thank you for the worst customer service ever.

No one answered the phone after 5 tries. Drove to bank and found understaffed with no banker at branch that could open an account. Told to go to another branch or call corporate for services. Called next closest branch and no one answered their phone!!!

Same problem as many of the other customers have had. The tellers are very friendly and helpful but there is rarely more than one (with a very few times a maximum of two) on duty serving the lobby and drive in as well. Doesn't seem to matter even during peak periods with many customers waiting in line. Big management problem, either local or at the top. There is NO excuse to have to wait 20 minutes on line to finally make it to the teller. Service is the biggest and most important commodity in any business that deals with the public. My time is too valuable and if other customers and management don't see it that way they need to take a lesson or lessons in courtesy which very little seems to exist anymore. Some customers are totally oblivious to the long lines behind them and want to share all the details with the tellers about their last vacation or whatever. Apparentally those of you who have given this bank a favorable revue are the ones that don't have a clue what courtesy is all about or worse yet, don't care.
