Malika Troupe assisted me on my visit. I needed a new debit card. She went above and beyond to make the process quick, easy, and stress free. Not only did I get my new card in minutes she taught me how to use the new features on the mobile app such as ordering your new card. She also noticed I was using someone else for loans and offered to go through the GTE loan process with me. We went through it together and I was approved! I couldn’t be happier with my visit. She is a great employee! Glad to be a member of GTE.

This was an amazing experience I was able to walk out with a credit increase and a great rate on refinancing my auto loan. I been with this bank for 7 years I couldn’t be more happy. Adrian fagan did an fantastic job.

Malika Troupe did an excellent job with helping close my old account and opened a new account. Someone changed my email address and tried to gained access to my account online. I enjoyed talking with her and Eurika Simmons, they made me feeling very comfortable.

Malika at the Riverview branch is amazing!!!! I went into the Riverview location frustrated that my card had over $1100 in fraud and she was the best. She showed me how to download the app, get logged in, and report lost or stolen cards from my phone and then be able to just pick it up at a branch. Her patience was great and she had a beautiful smile the entire time. Definition of customer service.

I’ve been with this bank for over 15 years since my very first bank account. They changed their services and no longer accept cash, their atm’s are constantly having issues and jamming and only accept 30 bills at a time. I sometimes make large deposits and this is a huge inconvenience for me and I’ve had employees give me attitude for making deposits because the the time it takes. I will be closing all my accounts and taking my money else where. I highly DO NOT recommend using this bank. The manager at this location told me even if I showed up with $100,000 I would still have to deposit it 30 bills at a time through the atm. That’s their customer service.

I went looking for a bank to have a savings account, and the lady was very precise and very professional. Even when the branch was busy. She didn't hesitate to help me with the most professional matters. Do to this professionalism I am considering to switch to GTE. Her name is Elice Acosta.

My problem was complicated. Elite Acosta was so very helpful. She was patient and helped me to understand that which was confusing me. Very good customer service all the time. Except I was not notified that my account was frozen. In the near future please text me. Thank you sincerely

First time coming to this bank and I was welcomed with open arms. Relocating from another State and looking for a credit union they made feel good about my choice. Malika helped me set up my account and also refinance my vehicle. She explained everything in regards to the loan very thorough. Malika has great customer service and looking forward to coming back to open another account.

2/16/2022: Ms Elice Acosta was excellent...generous in time and care, an outstanding individual w integrity. She was patient and thorough to explain a process regarding a certain type transaction. We had asked the same question 2 other times @ GTE that same day. Once in "chat" and again @ Customer Care. Something was off w their answers. The answers not only conflicted but they were odd. So we asked to be transferred to an agent at a brick & mortar office. Good thing. We had the fortune to speak to Ms Elice Acosta @Riverview. She pleasantly answered, quickly grasped the matter, and cleared it up nicely. She went thru the whole transaction, fielded questions and re-explained until crystal clear. Now we have confidence how to go about it, how much time, fees, etc. We learned from her it is not an unusual transaction as the others had suggested. Had we gone with advice of "chat" and "customer care", we would have spent $25+ in fees or not completed it at all. What an intelligent human being. If she was the standard at GTE.....everyone would be running for membership...but she is not. She is the exception. Exceptional and solid. Thanks to Ms Acosta. God bless her.

Adrian has beyond helpful for all of my banking needs. Even if I just have a question about any potential services I may need in the future such as home ownership, auto loans, etc. I appreciate the prompt return calls & attention to detail given to assist me. Spoke with Malika multiple times over the past couple days, she helped me refinance my car! She was super sweet and courteous & very helpful! I had to call multiple times for help during the process and felt like a pain but she assured it was no problem and she was happy to help! I hung up satisfied after every call. Thank you so much!

Malik’s was so knowledgeable and professional on helping me open an account for my child. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me the run down on different things I am able to do with the account. I can definitely say I was taken care of!

Eureka Simmon, was absolutely excellent!!! I was not having the best experience with the tellers on the screen. However she was able to come in and save the day for me. She went above and beyond her duties in order to assist me and help me to accomplish what it is that I came into the branch to do. I truly appreciate her and you all have a gem on your hands with having her as a part of your company. She is very professional, friendly, courteous. I just don't have the words to say how amazing she is.

First time at this location since it was built. Heard great things about the bank overall. Walked in yesterday morning, got a big warm greeting from ALL of the employees. I told them what I was there to do, I got seated and was told like in two minutes Sara was ready for me. Sara was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Greatest time of all. We all need a little Holiday cheer, especially now. And they sure succeeded. Thank you to all employees at this branch.

GTE staff members are AWESOME in every way, every time. The only regret I have with GTE is that I did not move my accounts here years earlier. I am treated like a king and you would think that my modest accounts was worth millions. They are unfailingly friendly, helpful and professional
