La familiar pawn shop is my favorite and now has become the only pawn I visit. Dayana at the Brandon branch helped me today. She is super awesome! All the employees here leave me feeling welcome and pleased to do business with them. I will absolutely continue doing business here. Thank you guys!!!

1st time I ever been there. I made a very high end purchase that's very special to me, they're very courteous, pleasant, and worked with me on pricing for me to be able to get what I wanted to get that I waited 15 years for. I recommend La Familia pawn and jewelry to anybody and everybody.

Very high end, clean and well presented store! DAYANA is the best store manager I’ve ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and well spoken. They also provide the highest loan to Maximize the value of your jewelry. Everybody is very accommodating !!!

The assistant who helped me today named Avery is a man of culture. The name of the shop says it all. Very heartwarming, calm atmosphere and the vibes were definitely there. Educated individuals who know how to do business. I would give 100 stars if I could. 🙌

I had never been here before. I had seen a camera posted on OfferUp and Avery was communicative and friendly. I came in to check out the camera and the store was clean, well organized and the camera was clean and charged. I sold a camera and bought a camera in one very easy transaction. The first thing I can say is that it is a great family pawn shop. Everyone gets along pretty well and really friendly with everybody that comes into the store. Rick really help me out with the checkout (really awesome guy)and Franky everytime I come in he say hello well recommend place to come in.

Walked in today after going to multiple pawn shops and was greeted by Franky. I was looking to pawn my engagement ring and wedding band, and he literally walked me through every step of the process, and not only that, but he gave me the best deal compared to all the other places I went to. This is a great place to get a loan. The people there are friendly and helpful. I had tried a couple of other places because things are a bit strained since Covid. One excellent service is that they have a payday loan type thing where if you pay within 15 days, it's only 10% interest. A great deal compared to others. The best thing ? Great friendly service. Highly recommend.
