I have been using Value Pawn on Parsons since 2010. I know as soon as I enter through the front door I'm going to be met with a big smile and how ya doing because this is the South it's what we do. Throughout the years I've always received top quality service no matter if I'm buying something or selling something. None of my items have ever been misplaced or lost which has occurred with some other pawn chains that I've used to get Cash here in America hint hint. My 2 favorite people are Bobbi who seems like she was there when the building was built and Josefina who I share a birthday with although Josefina is no longer there she'll always be one of my favorites. I always get a great deal when I come in for a loan on my items and I've always been treated fairly. Going to Value Pawn doesn't feel like a business transaction it feels like I'm talking to a friend sharing a joke or two who is giving me a loan for an emergency situation and I appreciate that. Thank you and kudos to Bobbi and her crew. You all are A+ in my book. ❤️

Started coming into this location recently and it was the best decision I've made. The staff are always super helpful and informative and talk to you as a person. As I came in today I did business with Billy Jo and was looking for a specific amount and she was able to get me more than what I asked for and explained why. I will for sure be coming back to this location anytime I need to either pawn or sell and item or to even pick up something from their inventory. Again cant express how great the staff is here
