1. I had to do a cash advance today (3 Nov 19) and the lady that helped me out a One Ms. Ashley, and she was super pleasant to work with. 2. Every time I go there to pick up a money order they are always nice, and Professional.

We were at a function so my wife sent our son money. He arrived to pick it up with id and mtcn. The clerk leslie refused to give him the money because it was sent from the same area. We had to drive there and my wife the sender presented her id and she still refused to release the money. We had to go back again before they would release the money after we filed a corporate complaint. Disgusting customer service.

So I stopped at this 24 hour location on 60 around 9:45. Upon having to wait 30 minutes to cash a large check, because I guess she figured I forged it or god knows what given the time of night, once she made 3 calls and ran my ID who knows how many times and called the person who wrote the check and found out it was a legit personal check written to me, she told me it would be $100 to cash the check! I told her no thanks. She then asked what’s the lowest I was willing to pay? I said maybe $35 but that’s it! Then all of a sudden she can cash it for $50? 🤔 When your wall clearly says 2% for checks $1,000 or higher. Which is $20.00 not $100, not $50!! Way to try to take advantage of me!!! No thanks. I’ll happily go cash it at my credit union tomorrow. Sooo if it’s late at night and you need to cash a personal check, just wait until the next day to cash it at your bank. I will be posting this review on Facebook, Brandon word of mouth, Yelp, basically anywhere and everywhere. Stay away from here!!

This was my 1st visit and I must say it was delightful. I purchased a money order and per their advertising it was totally free. I will be making return visits in the future.

My cousin Keith got a payday loan from here to take a limo to barnacles for Survivor Series 2007 watch party.

Complete rip off. Went to cash a check and after they stamped it I was told it was 26 bucks. I could've gone to my own bank and I was going to but they STAMPED my check and didn't give me the option. I'm so upset.

I do not understand why people working at places with customers if they do not know what customer service is. This office need to have customers service class. The feeling is as they doing a huge favore, while they doing their job. Is it new requirement? What happened with friendly hello and respectful attitude?

My experience was not the best. This man was being stingy with the tootsie rolls an I asked him a question an laughed at me like I was a joke. Also they had no water. Now is that how you treat a loyal thirsty costumer? No I don't think so

They ask to many person questions when getting a free money order. If you answer your questions wrong they will deny you for a free money order. The company should charge after a certain amount instead of Turing business away. This is a financial company that promotes free money order. They should live up to there company motto.....

This will be the last time I will ever go to this location. Never had any issues until 20mins ago.
