Chase Bank S Main St, Colville

I've been with Chase Bank since the First Day. Bank Employees have come and gone. ALL of the Tellers; Customer Service and Management Team have ALWAYS put Customers FIRST! They are Willing and Ready to Assist anyone whom walks into their Bank. Whether it's a Deposit; Withdrawal; Cashing a Check; Wanting a Cashier's Check....or just a Balance of your account; There's a Welcome Smile of "Good Morning... How can I Help You Today!" I will ALWAYS Bank with CHASE!

Unfiendly. Felt as if I had infinged upon their valuable time. I have visited Chase Branches from NYC/Los Angeles to tiny Omak, WA. Always greeted with a nice smile and an auspicious greeting whether the branch was busy or not. If they had given respect, they would have been treated with respect. Don't tell me how swamped you are with work. Or you're understaffed. Don't ask me if I have an appointment before you've greeted me. Stop being bitter or presumptuous. Treat ALL CUSTOMERS equally. WE are WHY you have a bank to come to...and the reason you can pay your bills.

This bank deposited a check without looking at date which caused my account to be overdrawn .When I called them to ask why they deposited it the said they never look at checks date if its being negoitated (deposited). Well wrong answer. This is unacceptable of any bank.

Tried to exchange $300 Canadian for $US. Refused even though I have a CHASE SAPPHIRE PRESERVE CARD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND

The staff at the Colville branch is friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaint with them. My problem was that Chase began charging me a monthly service fee for a $10,000 savings account. What bank charges a fee for a SAVINGS account??? My new bank not only pays interest on my savings account, but charges no monthly fee for either my savings OR checking account. The only reason I still keep a Chase account is that they have many branches throughout the state which makes it easy for my tenants to deposit their rental payments into my account.

They don't have a direct line to customer service unless you are a member of the bank. So if you want to ask questions to open an account it will be hard. It takes 3weeks to get a new card issued out sometimes. They don't help with issues very well when you call to get answers.

I’ve been banking with Chase for Years and have always enjoyed the friendly staff here at the Colville branch
