Chase Bank Fulton Ave, Hempstead

The inside atms are never open, they keep the doors locked!! Also only one of the drive atms work !! It’s ridiculous everytime I come here the line is long and the machines are malfunctioning. Maybe because it’s a black neighborhood smh !!

This branch is horrible and no help for small things from manager or assistant manager until you make appointment pervious day. I have chase bank account since 1991 and I never have a bad experience from other branches along New York state except Hempstead branch. It is awful.

When are they gonna fix the atm from inside or they just lazy to make anything happen

This place has a second lane for a drive up ATM and that ATM hasn’t been able to dispense cash for what seems like years now. Stop wasting everyone’s time pulling up to it thinking it’s going to work just to find out it doesn’t and get it repaired and fixed ready so It can dispense cash. You’re a bank for crying out loud

This branch is a joke calling corporate office in the morning. The branch manager refused to cash my check and it's from his bank. He told me they don't cash state checks and tried to force me to open an account. After the way I was treated there is no way I'll ever go back or open an account. Chase Bank you need to retrain your branch manager he's an arrogant little boy. His name is Ramon Abello very unprofessional.

The worst customer service ever. Extremely rude. Even the insurance company I was on the phone with to get information on a check overheard the conversation I've had with the manager, and he felt she was rude. Never will I step foot in that location ever again.

Why does this bank open at 9:00 am instead of 8:30 am like other branches?? Fix ATM machines

I was very happy with Annette Clarke service. She made me feel great, she helped me with my needs. I came in upset and she made me leaving happy. I advise everyone request her to help you. This is the busiest branch, and as of the closing of another branch, THE ONLY BRANCH in Hempstead. The service is horrible. A customer can wait over an hour just to inquire about a money transfer issue. It is very suspect that I can walk into any Manhattan branch and receive immediate service, but here, a client sits a waits, EVERY TIME. Minority neighborhoods where Chase banks are located are seldom fully staffed, and the customer suffers. #BadBusinessAtChase

No social distancing lines/dots outside, guy behind me kept inching up practically on top of me. No one seemed to have a face mask. Line outside never moved, could just walk in at ours a few towns over with no problem. Run down area.
