Bank of America Financial Center Main St, Hempstead

Bank of america on main Street is always crowded and they don't care how long a customer has to wait, they are very inconsiderate. Most of bank of america are like that especially those in the minority communities. I'm closing my account with them soon

People should have a little of more patient and stop complaining for long lines and waiting time. If they only have 1 teller or two and you do not like to wait, then just switch bank! But remember the this is one of the oldest bank in U.S and one of the only national banks that u will in almost every other state.

Worst worst worst bank of america I’ve ever been to. Always a 30 mins to a hour wait if not more. Definitely need more employees it’s only 2 bank tellers when it’s multiple windows with no one behind. Wouldn’t recommend to use this bank

Inefficient, chase bank is open until 2 pm. Thus bank is closing at 1 pm. They dont care to make it better for you.

Too many stars, the worse customer service. The manager's assistant is no different. All the customers are essential, but the employees think a nasty actitutud is the way to go.

Probably the worst bank you could visit, the line is by the door and they have 1 teller working while the other ones are walking around in the back, manager doesn’t do anything, had an emergency and was told they can’t help. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star, more like zero stars, can’t wait to close my account and find a better bank. You could literally drive to any other Bank of America and get what you, drive back here an still be waiting in line.

People complaint for no reasons, this is not a fast food restaurant, they are dealing with peoples’s money! Of course they have to take their time to make sure they are giving the money to the right people. If u do not like to wait, then just open an account somewhere else and STOP COMPLAINING!

unfortunately this is the closest bank of America in Hempstead. I dread going here every week because it takes about 20-30 min just to cash my pay check. They have 6 tellers but only 2 working. They are very inconsiderate of their customers wait time. Every time I come in the line is by the exit door. I wish they would make some changes.

The tellers are slow they never have enough of them working. I just want to be in and out. Why do you have 8 teller windows and 2 Max are ever working.

The service is horrible and slow the rep said they would call my name out when it was my turn instead he left me and a bunch of other people and the que was in chaos. Waited about 30 mins until decided to just get in the line so I could be helped only to be helped about 20 mins later and that was because a few people who were infort of me left. Worst branch ever.
