    Ive been banking with Chase for many many years and one thing they have in common is not so great customer service. And besides this they will not give you a credit card easily they don't care much about their clients strengthening their credit or having any period lol. But this particular Chase here on 33rd and Colorado Blvd. The women in here are the worse! Zero customer service skills, zero home training! I went in and this chic is eye balling me with some weird smirk on her face *I will add that she had on some bullet proof eye brows and lips that she could have borrowed from someone else so those could have definitely gave a confused vibe So I kept my composure and politeness. But it was so uncomfortable that I had to ask her was she ok? Like I wanted to say "are you even willing to help me?" She did awkwardly. *But as I was going to leave I realized I needed something else and turned right back around and caught this clown that looks like she just stepped off the set of the Munsters-talking rude ish about me and wasn't expecting me to be right back. How can we even trust people working at these places with our money? They need better employees! Maybe I'll just close my account. The only reason I haven't already is because I've been there so long but I believe my time has expired.

    Is it just me or is everyone else not getting their phone calls answered by any chase bank? The one on tower and Green valley ranch, the one on havana and Mexico, none of them answer their phones. Did I miss a memo or something?

    Possibly the slowest bank I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried to use the drive through window a few times since COVID and it takes them an average of 20-30 minutes per simple transaction

    Horrible customer service. Was directed to contact customer service by phone because they only assist on an appointment basis… When I was finally helped the banker wrote my new account number on a post it note!!! Did not receive any print out, folder, nothing.

    Mexican girl with fake eyelashes works there is pretty fat and ugly and angry , you can feel the poor level of management at this location , I’m sorry for who ever works with her

    I been banking with chase for about 20 year. Yesterday I didn’t have good customer service. I was treated like I was giving them false information. I went to the drive through and they asked me for my information they said it was incorrect. They asked me to get off and go inside I asked what was the phone number on file the same one I was giving them all along. If there not happy with there job they should not go to work.

    Crooks. They profited $30k from a cyber attack on my business by charging transaction fees. Over 300,000 $0 transactions hit our account and Chase bank charged us for each one and said they can’t help because it was our sites security issue. Chase bank is evil and aweful.

    Called to make sure I could come in and get something notarized right away - they say no problem. When I got here I'm told it's an hour wait. So I make an appointment for the next day at 9:30. When I arrive the next day, they have no record of my appointment. Most Chase banks I've been to are pretty good, but every time I've been to this one it's been one drama after the other.
