Jim Ramsey and Tracy did an excellent job getting us a mortgage on our home. Fairways customer service is far superior then other lenders. Don't be fooled by online lenders such as Quicken promising fast stress free loans. That was not our experience. Quicken just strong us a long and then canceled our financing 3 days before closing. This is our 3rd time purchasing a home, so we have had multiple experiences with mortgage companies. We worked with Jim and his team. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Their software needs improvement though. My husband writes software for a living, and their software did not work well and was hard to use, especially compared to our previous home loan experiences.
