Chase Bank Hwy, Stockbridge

They are still behind on the times. It's definitely time for an update on their system. I've been to this bank 3 times in the last month to get my husband added to my account and still haven't been able to get him added because they are sooooooo slow its ridiculous. Other banks you're able to do this online. I had an appointment for my business account and the accountant decided she had to run out for an interview. Just doesn't make sense why she canceled my appointment for other matters.

This bank has the best customer service out of all the the chase branches I have frequent. Their customer service and professionalism is paramount from the Branch manager account managers and tellers. They know you on a 1st name basis.

The ATM mchines at this location are constantly out of service or do not accept deposits. On 2/19/2018 at around 5:30 pm I went inside to the ATM to make a deposit and to take some cash out. The machine took my deposit, but when it came time to despense my cash the machine froze and then said it was out of service. My account shows that I withdrew cash si now I have to go inside the bank and explain this to them. I am hoping it gets resolved. I have been banking with Chase for years and have only had issues with the Stockbridge location ATM's. I will change ny one star to a 4 if this gets resolved well.

Line was relatively quick and the teller was friendly! Apologized for the wait, communicated and he did what I came in for. The receipt says his name is Cherrard? Blonde hair male. Thank you

Long lines and wait they need to open mount Zion location back up. The Atlanta atm always says down !! It’s shame I hate coming to the bank !! Also you think they would have more locations in Stockbridge area with billion dollars worth of drugs on their cargo ship!!

Oh my God they was a lifesaver they help me so very much thank them I really do think this bank at this location they help me so very much and I left my wallet and they called me ASAP right away to tell me that I had left my wallet that's was so nice of them and they were so wonderful kind generous people thank you Chase Bank of Stockbridge Georgia.

Went in get my account unlocked and was help by AnnaBelle. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable but best of all she spent 15 minutes on the phone helping resolve my issue. Outstanding customer service from this account manager. I really appreciated the patience!

BEWARE! Bank refuses to cash checks written on there account. Bank teller finds my previous checks that they cashed for me and reads the amounts back to me from her computer data base confirming that they have cashed my checks in the past. Manager, Kossi Tchedre San, is asked to call account holder to confirm check while he steps in back to do so I am asked to step aside. Manager Tchhedre San comes out front and tells me they wont cash the check, when asked why? they have cashed them before he tells me they haven't cashed them before and will not cash them now. I refer to the teller who already confirmed they previously have cashed my checks and he says 'no they haven't', an argument entails with Tchedre San continuing to lie about my transactions with the bank and then I am asked to leave. Bottom line is that this bank will not cash checks drawn on there bank written by there account holders. Confirming this refusal to cash checks drawn on there bank, I proceed to the Jonesboro rd location and the teller there tells me that the only way the check can be cashed is if the manager overrides the account. I then ask for a manager and the same teller states the the branch has no manager on duty today 7/13/2018. Obviously another lie. If you are in the south Atlanta area and need a good customer service bank I recommend United Bank. Google this problem that I am describing and see that many others with this issue

Chase bank allows it's customer to be able to enter the building by swiping atm card for atm use.

The bank Manger (Kossi) was very helpful & professional, he's one of the best employees I've spoken too at any Chase establishment, I'll be looking forward to do business with him again!
