Melinda is a great communicator and proved that she is able to resolve unpredictable accounting issues fast and complete a good tax return promptly. I'm very pleased with my service this year. I never have any issues, and can trust that Liberty Tax service will take care of my tax services reliably every year. They are all experienced, professional, and personal in every step of the process.

I called this Liberty Tax location because I couldn't get a live person at another Liberty Tax office which I had my taxes done. Well after getting tired of trying with no avail to connect with my office by phone and by going to store which was closed Everytime I went to get a copy of my taxes for my Son's College scholarships and College applications, something told me to try another office. And Melinda Stevens answered the phone and was very happy to help me. I told her what I needed and I went in later and got It. Finally after at least one month trying, I got it. Thank you Melinda. I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to write this one.
