The people for the most part are fine. Really no issues in that regard. My issue is why do they need 3 employees to sign people in? They have empty offices and people needing different services waiting. The begining and the and end of the months is not the time to have 2 tellers working the inside. Utilizing their workers better would make the wait shorter from my observation.

The bank is wonderful but there's always such a hassle at this location in terms of parking. I always have anxiety just thinking about going to this location. But I'm telling you, once you get past the parking and long lines to get your banking business done, the staff is as sweet as can be and very helpful.

The tellers are friendly, but this is a very busy branch. Always full of people. Even the drive thru and outside ATM. Gotta have time and patience.

SLooooowwwwwwww very slow !! Feels nasty and dark inside I hate coming here then attitude and looking at you very funny! I almost walked out and said forget getting my check then I realized if I did that I would have to come back and get torched all over again !

Michael was working drive through. I sent in my check and Id. He asked what I wanted to do abs I informed cash the check. He sent out a thousand dollars with no envelope. What type of banker are you?? BING BONG !!!

I have been trying to get some one on the phone for three days now. 😭 I call as soon as they open and later in the afternoon. This is crazy

I have been with navy federal credit union for over three years and I have a credit card and joint checking and regular checking with them. This location particularly has terrible parking getting in and out. This location is only for people that can easily squeeze into small places and get out quickly. The customer service is always amazing at this location so no disappointment there in the wait is never long the parking is at best the hardest part.

Waited in line outside for almost 25 mins just to be told that I can’t get a new debit card because the state issued paper ID isn’t a form of identification. So you have to call and order a card over the phone with no ID. Make it make sense!

Never really had a problem with this location until today. Came to cash a check like I’ve done plenty of times. The lady was was being very discriminative towards me for what ever reason. Don’t remember her name but she was a white lady. She was being very extra checking my I.d with a laser light, asked for my debit card, I.d then proceeded to start asking about my address. Never have I ever needed all of that asked before. I didn’t have a problem it was just weird and she was being weird. When I questioned why she needed all the extra info then all of a sudden it’s not needed. Like don’t be funny and racist!! My name match my debit card and my check match both! It’s 2022 and people still being weird and racist! TELLER I.D: a9253

I’ve had previous good experiences here, but I came just before 5 on Friday and the both parking lots were full, people were idling in front of parked cars, and the drive-thru line for the teller was horrendous. I got in line at 4:50 and by the time it was 5 I was stuck and the teller wasn’t taking anymore people. I finally was able to park and use their incredibly slow ATMs. Starting to regret my decision to switch from Bank of America!

Why does it take so long for assistance??? And why do this dude have to give you a stank I’m tired look when asking for ones? I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT! Why isn’t there a commercial line in the drive thru?

Abousult worst customer service. Every employee had an attitude. No line the employee has people outside instead of one in one out while she talks to a friend about Popeyes having Roche's. The worst

This is the slowed bank I’ve ever been to! The lines are always out the parking lot and that’s the lines to drive up atm, atm, to get inside to speak to someone! It’s always like this and it has nothing to do with Covid!!! It’s always 30 minutes to do anything at this location no matter time of day! This really makes you want to bank with another company! For this to be a credit union it’s absolutely ridiculous and the attitude they give you is even worse!

I literally hate having to come inside this branch. It's always crowded and the wait time for assistance is HORRIBLE! The receptionist or whatever her position is that sits at the desk when you first walk in has horrible customer service skills! I had to speak to her first and you would think she would be the first to greet the customer. I can't wait for the McDonough location to open. Hopefully the parking and inside service will be better there.

There is always, always, always a wait at this branch. Not enough parking. Not enough tellers. Why not just allow members to transact with satellite branches like other credit unions?! I hate coming here. I end up spending an hour on line for a simple transaction. so frustrating!!! The day of this review was a normal Tuesday afternoon and the lines for the teller were wrapped 4 deep and the lines for the atm went to the street and wrapped around the building. Apparently the arms were not working.
