The only reason why I have to put just one star is because I know that I had gotten denied for the loan. It was kind of a waste of time to physically come to the office just to be told so. I wish they could of told me over the phone but I understand that everyone does business differently than others. The whole staff were professional and nice !

Terrible company, terrible service. Manager, Aqua, is low down& dirty. She declined my loan because she was jealous of me because I look better than her. She does not know what she's doing. Shady business practices. Don't go to these people.

I recommend Covington Credit to anyone seeking financial assistance. They make the process super easy, and the workers there are extremely pleasant. Specifically Akqua. While everyone else are great and helpful, Akqua is the only reason I continue to patronage the establishment. If she left, I would more than likely leave too. I started using them when I was younger and she has always had my best interest at heart. Her personality alone is a selling point. Come on down and see Akqua, you won’t be disappointed.

I visited yesterday for a loan so that I could travel to a funeral and was assisted by assistant manager Akqua Williams. She was so personable and helpful. I love how quickly she assisted me while still thoroughly explaining everything. I can definitely say she came through for me during a very trying time. As far as the loan process, it was very simple and straightforward. This is my second loan with Covington credit and I’m definitely appreciative of the assistance they have provided me.

Just want to say shout out to Ms.Akqua Williams with the great customer service she has. I called her before i came into the building and she was awesome. She have me all the information I needed and was very professional at giving it. I also had issues with my proof of address and she even helped me with getting approved even with that issue occurring. If anyone is in need of some QUICK money , call Akqua she gone get you right lol even will give a charger if yo phone go dead 😂. Great service here overall . Very welcoming staff !
