Chase Bank Oro Dam Blvd, Oroville

My wife and I always get great service with friendly people who seem too care.

We have received exceptional service from this bank for the last 15 years. Whether it was setting up our trust accounts, establishing a safety deposit box, providing easy pay for our tenants to pay rent and many other services. The Pandemic put hardships on everyone, including businesses. We were still able to access the bank through appointments and online banking. Oroville is NOT treated as chicken feed by Chase. It just happened that the Chico offices had the work already completed by the time covid 19 became an issue.

It would be real nice if you would re-open the bank. Both branches are open in Chico, what are we in Oroville, chicken feed. Not real happy about it and so are a lot of other people we have met in line.

Chase just closed my account literally for no reason "I don't see a reason as to why this is acuring" they said so y do it because now that it is being closed my check I was supposed to get today from Elite Universal Security is not going to get to me today so therefore my wife and about to be 1yr old daughter who's birthday is on Sunday r going to suffer and now I can't feed my daughter, or do anything for her birthday, or even go to work to make any more money simply because they just wanted to close my account oh and I DID NOT GET NOTIFIED ABOUT IT

Great customer service and easy access dtive through. The turn leaving the drive through is a little awkward but that's about it . helpful staff made opening my New account very easy (:

I got hacked so I went immediately And had all my Accounts closed, card stopped and got new accounts They were quick and efficient on changing things and checking to see if anything else was it was damaged by the hack. Very quick work.

I love them I've never had any problem with them that why I still bank with them and always will

Very unhappy with Chase Bank, Oroville, Ca. They have lost money in my account and seem not interested in finding it. I have been fighting with them since last Sept/Oct. 2020.

I wish I had this bank in Sacramento ca. I now live in Sacramento and couldn’t get the help that I needed here . I contacted this bank that I used to go to when I lived in Oroville and they were wonderful! Thank you so much!

This is the absolute last bank you want to use. Highly incompetent, steal you’re money and throw you through the ringer. Horrible service
