Bank of the West Oro Dam Blvd, Oroville

How can a bank be closed this often? I own a business in town and have been with Bank of the West for a long time, but not much longer. They were once known for their wonderful customer service and it is sad to say that is no longer the case.

Started with B of the W 30 years ago in Auburn , but now the Bank has gone Global , down the tubes . If you bank over the phone , you will wait over a half hour just to talk with a person . If you Bank in Oroville , there will be a line of people to the door , and they CLOSE for lunch ! I'v got to find another Bank because Bank of the West went the way of Bank of America .Rick Daly , Oroville

I have been banking in Oroville with Bank of the West for more than 20 years. The staff there has always been helpful and friendly, especially Patti and Melinda, I appreciate you all and love to walk in to my bank and have people who know me by name!

Ive only been with botw a little over a year but so far they have taken care of my needs.melinda was beautiful and knowledgable .i think your problem is jealously and pam or patty she is helpful and fine and again your complaints must be jealousy .if i go in on my birthday maybe she will spank me or something the woman is hot

Poor customer service, unable to call my local branch anylonger get routed to 800 number with super long wait times.

This branch in Oroville has gotten so bad that the hours are 10AM to 4PM. Monday thru Friday. 30 hrs a week. No weekends, no drive thru and half the time the ATM is out of service. We've banked here for years and now are forced to sek a different banking institution.

I came in after going to Sierra Central Credit Union (Which I've been in this credit union twice now and the 2 different people I've spoke to are just not very friendly or did not offer a solution to my problem), We've also been with Bank of America for years. I wanted to switch my Bank of America out to try another bank as the fees for my Savings account and Checking acct. were hard to do each month. I came in here about 10 min to closing and was greeted by Patti Gray, very happily offered to help, I am very happy and impressed with her service and Melinda Potts. Patti was on the phone with BofA in minutes to verify a check I needed to deposit and she had Melinda setting up an acct for me right away. Melinda was very fast and friendly as well. The account was done and check verified all within prob 10-15 min. I'd recommend this bank to anyone. Sierra Central had told me it may take 9 days to verify my check and clear funds after trying to open an account there, Patti had it done in 10 min. Thank you so much.

I am deaf, camp fire victim from Paradise Ca. Also a victim bank account hacked. I reported to sherriff, local bank..still getting letters repeatedly from out of state to give 10 business days to explained which the mailed to me after time is up. My local bank said whoever hacked was ordered and mailed to them..but still giving me bs instead stopping that person who scammed me. That person I hope will be arrested before scam another person.

The people at this Bank are rude judgmental and mean I don't know how the manager Patty can treat people the way she does and keep her job
