Bank of America Financial Center Oro Dam Blvd, Oroville

Every time I deposit my check through the atm, remote deposit or having someone else going for me it's gets hold until the next Friday which is ridiculous. The only time when I will get my money on time is when I personal go in and deposit it myself. Why is my check always being on hold for an extra week? I don't understand why. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone anyone unless u want to wait an extra week for ur money to be deposited.

There is s limited staff due to COVID, However, they are very nice.

Terrible. Stood in line for 20 minutes eventhough only 1 customer was in front of me. Only to be told I can't out cash into my dads account eventhough they let me a few months ago. Their excuse is the patriot act. During Covid you people should be ashamed of yourselves. Was thinking of switching banks but if definitely won't be to them.

From my own experiences, I have never had an issue with this bank. I have always been provided with great service. Sometimes things may take long, but it’s typically not the tellers’ fault. A lot of costumers come in unprepared and wait until they reach the counter to start doing anything. Can’t blame the bank for that.

they blocked my card for trying to make an online order to Denny's and then when I tried to fix it for two days in a row nobody answered any of my phone calls everything stays on hold for hours I'm going in today to cancel my account have a great day

Never use Bank of America. My check was lost in the mail and I overdrafted because I didn’t have my normal funds. Well, got my check today, which was supposed to originally come on the 10th, and because of being overdrafted, I won’t get my money until the 28th. Now I can’t buy my one year old daughter food.

It was the worst experience ever in my life. My dad’s personal information got stolen and changed. We’ve been talked to the phone customer service representatives a lot and he said we need to go into the bank, to verified himself and then the banker will call them to change username over the phone. But the manager was super rude, he refused to help us and ignored us. What he said is totally opposite to the one helped us over the phone. Please say sorry to your customer!

My first experience was not good, went to the bank to make a deposit 47 minutes in line. They had two tellers working on Monday after the first of the month. I now understand the two star reviews

My mother is a berrycreek fire victim,she showed up to get her money pulled out and he closed the door on her. As she cried on the sidewalk ,and was told to wait till Monday till they opened!!! If I could recommend 0 stars I would!!!!! She was a northwest complex fire victim and because she showed up as they were closing, because she finally got her id that was expired, she got denied to enter and get her money.

Well sheltered from the weather, multiply walk up ATMS. Very well lit and feels secure.
