I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. I was overlooked and customers like me, a walk in, were taken before me because their request was ‘easier’ as I was told. I wanted to open a student account for my daughter. Evan, Ethan (whatever the name) said he’d be right with me as other employees ignored me. It was a bad experience and my daughter was disappointed. We left without opening the account.

I absolutely love the Cherry Hill branch, they are not only welcoming but they are all knowledgeable and if someone doesn’t happen to know the answer immediately know who to go to that does and can help. We actually opened up our business account at the MARLTON location, are nice people there but most of them are “green” as in NEW to the Financial world or maybe it’s just chase has different policies either way the Marlton location seems very inexperienced and unable to help us with our business needs . If it wasn’t for the cherry hill branch manager Kristin P. I would have closed our business account by now .
