Chase Bank N State Rd, Coconut Creek

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve had. The oriental teller decided she wanted to ask me “where I got my checks from.” I’ve banked with the chase for over 20 years and have never had this asked me. She placed additional holds on my account for two weeks. I wasn’t even working with her, but she wanted to make it her business because she saw an African American female depositing money. Her interaction and question were unwarranted. She doesn’t belong in customer service. I’ll be filing a Better Business Claim on this situation because once this money order clears, I will make it known she was harassing me and creating unwarranted, unnecessary holds.

The absolutely slowest service and bank ever. Took me over 10 minutes to make a deposit, didn’t want to use the ATM. Look...only 1 teller with multiple of banker offices without any customers. I’m so glad that this Chase bank is not my primary bank.

One of the worst banking experiences ever! There is a severe logistical misalignment and a lack of effective communication from the branch members. They even permitted a belligerent customer berating a teller and being disrespectful to other customers. Completely not in-keeping with the standard I’m accustomed to when engaging with Chase. I would never visit this branch again!

The staff here is great. Marissa is extremely helpful. They always make me feel welcome when I am here. Recently took out a Mortgage and Chase game us the best interest rate than anyone. Would highly recommend this branch for services.

Please fix the ATM. By the bank I can’t see who’s behind me.

Ever since I switched to Chase last year I was excited to get away from the bad service at BofA. Sad to say it’s been worse so far with Chase. Today marks the second or third time my appointment was rescheduled without consulting me on a better time. Needless to say I will be conducting business at a different branch going forward.

Worst Bank , they don’t know anything about check deposit, chase needs to training from the cashier until the manager they need to go and ask somebody else for every little question ! it’s joke

The team at this branch is efficient and friendly. Today I opened my account with the assistance of Oscar H. His service was exceptional from start to finish. It's a pleasure to do banking with someone who is pleasant and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this Chase.

Branch is highly incompetent. Staff deposited important check into someone else's account and because of their negligence and the crappy customer service I'm currently facing fees upwards to 400 dollars. Thanks chase bank. Then on separate occasion their atm didn't process my deposit
