Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N State Rd, Coconut Creek

Should deserve 0 stars! We used my card from another bank in this ATM ( we were willing to pay for the extra fee) and the card got stuck inside the ATM. We called the suggested emergency number and the live attendance apologize for the inconvenience, but he said we HAVE to cancel this card and request a duplicate one from our other bank! He said once the card is stuck inside, it won’t retrieve back and the owner has to get a new card. Never heard this before, never go back to Bank of America!

I had a BAD experience. I went to this BoA location today and Diana was so lazy, she didn't move a finger to help with my problem, just said she couldn't do nothing and told me to call the 800 number. I'll never come back there and I'm considering to close all my accounts.

No more Teller Assist Drive Thru, very convenient customer service. It seems convenient customer service at a low cost to Bank of America has been lowered as a priority. Funny, B of A fired branch Bank tellers when they closed drive thru branch service. Then put in place teller assist as a replacement & now closed teller assist.

It’s unfortunate that BoA is offering such poor service experience to its patrons. None of the banks have drive -up tellers in the immediate area. This bank had only one teller on the 1st of the month. Extremely frustrating and long wait times .

Bank is closed. The machines are not processing all data. Incoming and outgoing. I had to use 3 different machines in order to process all my cash / checks.

Four counters, three people behind them. Only one accepts customers. Super slow and inefficient. I had to deposit cash. The Bank of America ATM’s are very slow as well. Takes forever to deposit cash. I don’t bank with Bank of America much but every time I do I wish I never had an account with them

Bank of America has eliminated drive thru tellers and atm teller assist. Every time I come to this branch there are long waits in line in the lobby...even if only a couple people in line. I make deposits every week day for a business and can’t use a debit card for a sweep account. I guess it’s time to find another bank. Very disappointing. The staff are nice enough, just either understaffed or else slow.

For the third time, I made a deposit at the atm machine and didn’t effected, I called the costumer service and they late many days to give you answer. Very disappointed with Bank of America atm machine service.

Customers service is horable... I went in to open a saving account and a apply for a new credit card. They have me waiting for 45 minutes seatting down no one approach me to help me so I got up and left wasted my time..
