I can not say enough words about how great the staff at this dealership are and the professionalism they have shown my family. From the moment I parked my car at this dealership, I was greeted incredibly friendly and asked if I was there to see anyone particular. Once entering inside, the atmosphere was very welcoming and not like any other dealership I have been in. Working with Alexis, Jay, and Justin was such a pleasure and very much enjoyable. Knowing how the car industry works through direct family for the last 30 years, I never once felt like I was trying to be sold a car. The staff worked with me through all the finer details and found a deal that worked for me. Crazy fees + $5,000 market adjustment on new cars. The only reason I left an extra star is because our salesman was extremely patient and knowledgeable on the product. I shopped at 3 other Mazda dealers and these guys had the highest price by far. After a ton of haggling they finally matched the quote I had from another dealer. I thought it was over there but I was wrong. They tried to get my wife who has an 840 credit score with 6% apr. We were pre-approved for 2.3% apr by our credit union but conveniently they don’t accept loan drafts from them. We eventually settled for 2.8% after almost walking out. The finance officer made us feel like we stole the vehicle when in reality we just paid a fair price. Avoid this dealer unless you can hold your ground and have a ton of patience.

Ken Vigo, the Mazda Specialist, was extremely helpful and kind explaining everything we needed to know about the car we bought and was always happy to answer our questions. It’s a nice location with super nice staff as well.

Not so good. I had ordered 4 new tires and had a appointment to have the tires installed. I arrived on time for my appointment only to find out they didn't have my tires. Needless to say I'm not happy.

Just leased a new 2017 mazda 3 touring from them. As always the car leasing/buying process can be stressful and take a long time, but I felt very comfortable with my sales rep, Ken, and ended up getting a great deal on a car they were trying to move. However, I several times asked what I would be spending "today" and then was caught off guard by about $1k in closing fees of some kind. Granted, that $1k went to other organizations and the government, but it would have been nice to be informed of that before i sit down to sign papers and write a check. However, despite that I am still happy with the deal I got.

Mazda has traditionally had a mixed reputation when it comes to service. While they're generally considered reliable cars, their service departments have suffered from a reputation that is perhaps less than ideal. I'm happy to say that Lou Bachtodt Mazda completely eliminates all doubts as to the quality of service and rivals the service departments of my previous experiences with Volvo and BMW. Great communication and detail from my service advisor were crucial to the experience, and while the technician worked through the service I felt like I was in good hands. Fiesel was my personal service advisor and he did a phenomenal job of talking good care of me with daily updates and golden showers of information. My car was in for four days and he told me that normally the are courtesy loaners but that his fleet was severely depleted due to the pandemic, which is understandable. For a service that long however, I did expect a loaner and it would've elevated the service to a new level. Fiesel did his best though, to make sure everything else was luxury tier service, and having come from that ownership experience I had been worried that buying a Mazda would be a budget service experience. It wasn't, and I'm very glad for that because the car itself has been extremely positive, with Lou Bachrodt really cementing the positive experience of Mazda ownership. Take your Mazda here for service with confidence, and see Fiesel for the absolute best service.

I was recommended by my co worker to check out the Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet . Since I’m a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous. I was greeted and treated so good by Renee and Ahmed but my options weren’t available so Renee who was taking care of me suggested me to the the Mazda side where I was taken very much care of. Jorge treated me like a human being. He found me a great car that was able to take home the same day. I’m finance Ed took his time and read over all the paper work and made I understood everything. Being a first time driver is hard because any sales advisor can take advantage of you but I was very comfortable and felt great knowing that they weren’t doing that. I’m very grateful for their time and patience and helping find a great car

The WORST dealership in the world and I was in the automotive business for many years! If you can go elsewhere, do yourself a favor and do so. Sales and service both are shady, treat customers with impunity and should be avoided at all costs. Seriously, go somewhere else. There are other reputable dealerships in the area.

David, George and Danny, were absolutely by far the best people I have ever worked with to get into a new car. I had quite the situation happen and was in between leases, and they did everything that they could to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This has been my 5 or 6 Mazda from them, and they made everything super easy, simple and headache free.

I take my 2017 Mazda CX5 here for oil change/ tire rotation service every 6 or 7 months. They have specials for multiple service and I find them reliable and trustworthy.

I have always hated the car buying experience. However, my visit to Lou Bachrodt Mazda this past weekend was truly the best I've ever had! Christos, Tyler and Ed were great to work with and helped make my car buying experience a pleasant one. Happy customer!

I went in for an oil change two weeks past. I called first to make an appointment and spoke with an operator. He pulled up my account and advise that I still had one free oil change remaining. I was extremely happy. My sale rep David no longer there so I had a new rep name Sam. Omg not the same compared to other times I visited the dealership. 1. Operator lied, I longer have free oil change 2. I mention to the rep regarding my tire sensor he never check. It was after I paid my bill he double check and told me I still have warrant and they will check it when I replace my tires. So you could do that with the tire that’s on there now. I still had a few more miles to go with them before replacing them. I was unhappy. Next visit I want someone else or I’ll just go to Tire Plus (same services).

The service advisors are always welcoming and friendly and the work is completed when promised. The only complaint I have is on both service visits I had I was told that part of the service was inflating the tires to the proper level and both times it was not done. I can do it myself, but if you tell me that it has been done, I expect that it's true. The tires all have different pressures in them and they are below the recommended pressure.

Wonderful experiences with the crew , our salesman Bill, very helpful and care not to sell but make us feel comfortable, Alexis very nice on giving us a little break and always ready to support her salesman. She is there when needed to help. Awesome time with finance Mr. Wise giving us clear and specific explanation about his side of expertise. We felt like family, at ease dealing with him. He made sure we understood and explain things we are in doubt of and even give support if needed in the future questions that might come out. We had good conversation and shared some fun life experiences and burst out in laughter. He made sure we are happy customer . Oh, what a great guy he is. I could not be happier with the outcome. Edgar did an amazing job! Never once was pushy always allowed us to make the decisions. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, quick, and very funny. I can't say enough good things about him! We had an extremely difficult situation to work with and Edgar made it happen. There was never any doubt the whole time I was there. John was an amazing financing manager, he made sure we got accepted! He worked and worked with the banks and pulled through for us. You should really consider having the same prices from your online sites refleck the actual price of the vehicle in store!

The actual buying/lease experience was pretty standard. My salesman Ken was great, super knowledgeable and very helpful. In fact everyone was nice, pleasant and helpful. But my lease paperwork generated with the incorrect VIN. So, I was driving around with an invalid registration. As soon as they discovered the error they let me know, and they asked me to return, I couldn't so they came to my house (appreciate that), I signed the new paperwork and got the new registration which then had the wrong License plate number on it. The finance specialist assured me she would email me the correct registration, I never got it. I contacted my salesman Ken and he got it taken care of immediately for me (Ken really is awesome). But I have been unable to get online access to pay my bill and view my account because of the silly error made in the finance department. Very frustrating. 2 months in and still I can't access my account online.

First off , I would like to say , ( Customer service at its best ) I cannot speak on everyone else's behalf but mines and I cannot say all sales reps and financial employees are the best but what I can say is that my sales representative ( David Walter's)was very professional, patient, and quick to answer any of my questions. From the moment I arrived all the way to the end . I told him what I wanted and without delay he drove the vehicle out to the front for a test drive . When I said I want it and I asked to not run my credit hard and to many banks he listened and while waiting for a short period of time he took truck out back for detail and walked me over to finance and it didn't stop their . I met with a young lady by the name of ( Ni Nguyen ) and I got the same professional and knowledgeable experience.she actually took the time to get me a great deal with the banks that I was approved for and she took her time to give me options and recommend a warranty that fits into my budget. This normally doesn't happen. Most people are in a rush to kick you out of the office while squeezing every dime out of you. I've bought many vehicles in my life and have never walked in to a dealer at 10am and left at 1:30pm . I was in and out with an amazing deal and with a truck I never imagined I could get at a price that was affordable for me . I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal and great service. I have been a long time Mazda driver and just like any car buyer had my fill of being ripped off, lied to and kept in the dark about so many things when trading in a vehicle to buy a new one. It's very difficult in this time to find anyone trustworthy in business, especially car sales. But I can 100% stand by these people being like family or tribe. Know your not!If you did the staff will operate your business at your level if expertise i mean i walked in there at 8am and the whole entire staff was in a meeting and a member told me I had to wait a half hour to a hour no one wanted to assist i had to interrupt the meeting and said to the 7 men I'm sorry i need help and i can't be here 40 minutes the sad thing is that if i didn't do that the other 5 customers wouldn't have stepped up to ask for the help they're there for! So the vehicle i came for they made me walk around your complex pressing the alert on the fob to find it i felt embarrassed i know if i was WHITE they wouldn't have made me walk around the complex for 15 minutes and 4 flight of stairs and you have the nerve to you sorry and your professionalism is key nahh buddy i doubt it!

I came in just to browse as I was still narrowing down the car I wanted. I was immediately greeted by Jorge. He understood what I was looking for therefore making this process extremely easy.
