The bank is good, I always get any issues resolved right away. Chris Rodriguez is very attentive and helps me out quickly. Good Finn services rep too. Manager and all the crew have always been nice. Thanks Jay

If I can give a "zero" star - I would. TD bank is TERRIBLE! Made a Zelle transfer to a family member who NEVER received the money and TD Bank won't refund me the money. Basically the money is lost and they say that it's not their fault. Why do you offer a service to your customer if you can't back it up? Every time I called customer service, I spend over an hour on the phone with them only to get the same scripted answer and pointing finger at Zelle. This is FRAUD!!! Do not use TD bank. I am closing out my account with them. TD BANK = FRAUD!!!

I went to TD bank for the first time and I was somewhat excited since they claim to be open 7-days a week, which was indeed a lifesaver. But let me tell you, that’s the only good thing about this bank (or at least this particular branch). I went through drive-thru for a simple, quick deposit. No one else was in line. Then a minute later, another car shows up. Instead of finishing my transaction, the teller proceeds to help the customer that just pulled up. I didn’t have a problem with that, but I DID have a problem when he started selling a TD credit card to the other customer and spent 10-15 minutes with her. (Meanwhile he still has my deposit slip and I’m simply waiting for him to finish). I’m still waiting in the car and surprisingly the customer agrees to apply for the credit card and she’s applying IN the drive thru (no, not in the store and not online, but in the drive thru). I can hear their entire conversation as he asks about her personal finances. It was frustrating to say the least. The drive thru is not appropriate to sell this kind of product. Not to mention, the teller never asked me if I was interested in applying. (Even though I would never apply at this point). A simple 3 minute transaction turned into a 20-minute visit, and I was here first. I will not be banking here. Highly, highly disappointed.

I recently moved from Canada to South Florida, and Vani, the Store Supervisor, was able to help me get a credit card with TD, whom has been my bank in Canada for the past 20 something years. I tried other TD branches, applied for credit over the phone and no one but Vani was able to help me. Thank you so much

Every time I come through the drive through it’s a long wait. I’ve been here for 15 minutes after sending in my withdrawal slip. It’s the same guy every weekend.

Bad planning for this branch. Waited for over an hour to get my daughter's a new debit card. Stephanie, the teller needs to be trained in customer service. After telling her that my daughter had scoliosis surgery a week ago therefore can't sit around for too long; she said we ask for your # so if you want to go to lunch while you wait... Coz it's a long wait Ha? Only Anita is doing debit cards. Noone else has access. Why would TD bank not cross train? Why give access to only one person for this function? And Anita was in no hurry. I had to go back to the line to ask for status. Eric was courteous and explained what was going on. Finally they got to us and the process didn't take long.. Anita and Eric were personable and Eric opened the doors for us leaving.. But it shouldn't have taken this long...

Best TD location by far in South Florida!! The employees are all friendly and hard working! The manager, Frank, has helped me tremendously when I had a hold on my business checks! He verified the checks and took the extended hold off. I was able to make payroll to my employees. Hard to believe friendliness still exists in banking but at the Coconut Creek branch it certainly does

This is not about this particular branch, but about the TD bank in general. The claim to be "the most convinient" bank is so not real. Yes, the branch is open late and on the weekend, but they perform transactions that you can do at a regular ATM of any orher bank. If you have a problem you need a help they ask you to "Call the number on the back of your card" I was on hold for 40 minutes when I called that number before I gave up. And their message kept saying the wait time was 6 min. Many other issues I had with this bank. Very unhappy with their service

Every other business is open even during coronavirus. Even other banks. But TD Bank for whatever reason does not want to open the lobby at all. Only drive-through. So the drive-through line is out the plaza.

The WORST BRANCH EVER. No customer service. They do not care to help. They will hold your money for days and say they have to investigate fraud just so they can work with your money and you will have to wait days before you can access your funds... They promise to return your call and that’s a LIE!
