Chase Bank Lee St, Des Plaines

I came in today and needed help with an account that I had back in 2017. I was assisted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Greg Szafranski. He was very nice to work with. He got my account back up and running and helped me with putting the app on my phone. He was able to help me every single step of the way. Thank you so much Greg. I’ll keep coming back to this branch because everyone here was so friendly and Greg went above and beyond. I felt very much appreciated here being a Chase customer. Tellers are fast, friendly, and efficient. I enjoyed their personalized service and smile.

I typically don’t rate things but this was the best chase bank I’ve ever went too. You can tell it’s ran right and they truly care about their customers! Immediate service too!!

It is New Year's Eve day and while all the lights are on in the bank, the bank is NOT open for business. Very strange!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This branch replaced humans with three machines that perform the same transactions as the ATM outside. What does that create? A 20 minute wait just so speak to a teller and find out they are not able to print out a statement. And no, they cannot help me, I have to wait for a personal banker (30 minute wait there). After speaking to a manager, Cesar, I found out that he has no idea what customer service means, and that sometimes you should go above and beyond for your customers. I was also told that he cannot print the statement or have anyone else print it for me. After I was rudely told to have a nice day in a heavy Spanish accent I left. I suggest that chase invests more time and effort into basic office supplies instead of machines. But then again if I had employees like Cesar, I would rather have a machine too so I guess I understand.

I went in at about 10am. Barely had to wait at all. The teller was kind, inormative, and helpful. Thank you!

Great Customer Service! I chose Chase bank to open my business account. Luis Alvarez was my agent. Book you appointment with him!! He guide me through the whole process and answer all of my questions. He explained all the details and even helped me to open my online account. He also follow up with a phone call after a day to check on me!

So much better than Bank of America, MB, or Citibank. If you want to see what waiting is really like, a switch to Bank of America across the street. So bad, they had my mortgage but COULDN'T FIND IT IN THEIR SYSTEM! This branch has great service. Never wait more than 5 minutes for a teller.

Today was my second time visiting the Des Plaines Chase Bank location. Since moving to Des Plaines at the end of 2018, I've only had to use this location twice, however, I've had a positive experience both times. The team is polite and professional, and were able to assist me with all of my specific transaction requests.

You almost always need to wait in line. The staff are nice but they replaced 3 human tellers with 3 automated machines. Not much useful if you need to deposit chance or tons of cash. Chase should revert back to giving living humans jobs rather than replacing humans with automated teller machines.
