Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Oakton St, Des Plaines

I wish I can give them no stars they are causing me to close my personal and business account. I walked after taking time off from my work to update or correct tax information about my business account they told me I have to make an appointment sometime next week I said if I do I will have to close my accounts because I can't take time off to do such thing that doesn't take more 5 minutes to do. Their answer is no you can close your accounts if you wish. And believe me I will.

I’ve been to many BOFA branches and this one by far has the best workers! Margaret Pochmara in particular is very understanding, skilled, fast & kind to her clients!!! She explained to me and my mom how Erica works in the app perfectly. She was also very quick to help us and didn’t keep us waiting long unlike other banks I’ve been to. I would highly recommend her!

very poor customer service its the worst branch ever .there manger she is most unprofessional and horrible person and she train the tellers to be like her .Sabrina need to to go to school to learn how customer service should be . stay away from this branch ,they make own rules they should change the name of the bank to bank of china .

Should be zero stars. They closed the drive through causing long lines inside as a result. There are consistently employees standing around and, no matter if it is a busy time, (Friday afternoon, Saturday morning, eg), they have ONE teller on duty. I have to go stand in line for 10-15 minutes just to buy a roll of quarters, since I no longer have the option of doing this through the drive through. No BofA branch is managed as poorly. I am moving my accounts to another bank.

Went in to ask for a checkbook and the teller said I could do that online. I asked to add an authorized user she said I needed an appointment and to call before coming in next time. I didn't want to be here any longer than I already was, I left and deposited money at another site. I should've checked the reviews and star rating before coming in.

Will never return to this branch. Spoke with a lady yesterday to make an appointment only to be told they don't have me in the system nor do they make appointments for weekend. A half an hour later someone graced us with their presence to assist with notary services. I have never experienced the hoops they made me jump through and this is with past experience at the Arlington Heights branch for the same services. The comparison between the too places/experiences is unreal. This branch is an embarrassment

I don’t know about other peoples experience but my experience was amazing…. So definitely wanna give my 5 stars and help them with their ratings. Everything was nice and smooth. Things happen and u may not get what u should sometimes. Thanks to all.

I agree with most comments here. The management is horrible. They would rather stand by near the long long line of customers and do nothing while one of their super young and not so much experienced tellers is struggling to service anxious unsatisfied customers. Most of the time is soooo slow too. No matter how many people would complain, it seems like after the robbery accident things changed to the worst customer service ever here. I personally would never bank here, but my boss has a business account and I have no choice where to deposit his business checks. Ugh....sad that such a convinient place is wasted on this horrible customer service bank.

Came to get some temporary checks and Carmen took care of me with exceptional service. Made my day!
