I found Chance through word of mouth. I can not express enough how grateful my family is for the work that he (and his team) put out to make sure everything in the process of home buying went without a hitch. I hope those review helps in some way for the next person to choose to work with them. Chance took very good care of us. He gave us the best possible deal and he was transparent the whole time. If I had any questions, he was always available to answer them. When shopping around, we realized that New Point Lending gave us a way better deal than the rest and they truly do take care of vets and their families. Chance mishandled our first home buying experience. He sent a pre approval letter before checking to see if we were actually approved & could not communicate effectively between my boyfriend and I (we were receiving two different sets of information) Chance also was only communicating through text until we realized the loan wasn’t going to work (2 days before we were supposed to be closing on the loan.) My boyfriend did all of the paperwork, paid the down payment & even had an inspection done on the house all before he went out to the field in order to reduce stress and Chance decided to stress us out saying we are no longer approved. The whole situation could’ve been avoided if he just did his job right. It was a horrible experience & now we’re back at square 1. We are now looking for a new lender and sadly looking for a new house. If you don’t want to deal with a bunch of BS… find a different lender. He made this whole process awful.
