I had the pleasure of working with Sherri and Jacob Bingham during my renting experience. Both were wonderful people to work with. Special thanks to Jacob for going above and beyond to meet my needs from moving in, to renewing each year, and finally during my move out. After my move out it was a month until my closing and Jacob was still assisting me with my mortgage experience when my lender requested rental history the DAY OF CLOSING. I was so very grateful in Jacob's quick responses to my mortgage company. I definitely recommend Century 21 for your renting needs. Thank you so much Hellman Stribling team and Jacob Bingham!

This business was very professional and great to work with. They answered all my concerns and found me a place quickly. Everything was taken care of within in a reasonable time frame. Kim did an excellent job. Would definitely go with them again!

We had a very good experience with Connie Herron, who worked closely with us purchase a home in a strong sellers' market. Connie helped us find just the right property within our specifications, and was there at every step from pre-qualification, searching, writing a successful offer, inspection, closing, and even AFTER the closing when an appliance malfunctioned. Connie is an excellent, ethical, and knowledgeable agent whom I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Totally bad experience renting a property through them, was told the home would be professionally cleaned but it never was. They had a cleaning crew who came in not once but twice and didn't clean it. I was told the walls would be scrubbed from top to bottom, baseboards, doors, and cabinets would be cleaned. Nothing got done and after two days still not able to move in. There is a difference between a little dirty and nasty dirty and this home was nasty dirty. The leasing agent Rachael Logue told me my standards of clean are way to high and that I had to basically suck it up. the property manager said it's not his place to check homes before a renter moves in or after it is cleaned by the cleaning crew. At no time has he managed this property and only came out a few times but never after it was supposaly cleaned. As of now I can't move into the home and they are sensing the same incompentan company to try for a third time but I have no faith it would be clean and is waisting my time. I don't think it is asking much to have them send in a cleaning company to property clean a home so we can move in. All I get from Jacob is lies and excuses that this home would be cleaned. Then he tells me that the owner wants us out because we are being unreasonable in asking to have the home cleaned upon move in. Very unprofessional and unacceptable by far, I would not use this company.

I've had the pleasure of working with Scott Stribling on a couple projects. He is a knowledgeable agent and sincerely cares about what's best for his clients. Moreover, he serves his community and is well respected.

Kim with century 21 is one of the most unprofessional, rude people I’ve met. From my first encounter with her she was rude and disrespectful. She continually harassed us and was sarcastic and rude in her emails. She will be the person you work with it you rent from century 21. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. So many complaints are directed at Kim.. it amazes me she still has a job with this company.

Darlene has done a great job as buyer agent. Our negotiations and purchase went smoothly all the way to close. We’re only halfway done though, as we still have to sell our prior home. We trust that ALL of the Century 21 team will market it aggressively and get it sold quickly!

All wrong.... just don't use them. Jacob Bingham is non responsive and useless once you move out of a disgusting rental. You'd think they would appreciate you for renting a dilapidated house and thank you by helping you get reimbursed for new tenants not putting utilities in their name. NOPE!!

Tracy at Century 21 Hellman Stribling really went the extra mile for us! We sold two properties and bought one together so there was a lot of coordination to do. She was awesome.

The realtors here were so helpful and full of helpful information. Especially for the first time home buyer - a good educational experience!
