Our realtor, Mick Groom was excellent.. He was very attentive to our needs. He was able to get us in for a showing with very little notice. Helped us through the negotiations and closing. Helped us with the home inspection. We bought our home at a time when houses were only on the market for a few days before selling. I would do searches in several counties that I was interested in every weekend. I found a place on a Saturday, called him and was able to get a viewing on the next day. He drove over an hour to show us the place and we made an offer that evening.

Save yourself trouble and get with a better, more reputable real estate company! They wouldn't reply to your voice messages, which was annoying but was okay with me as long as they would show up to a meeting. Well, I scheduled a meeting with a realtor from 21 Century, Ryan Grover, and he stood me up. When I called him, he said "I thought the meeting time was 2 pm. Oh, btw the condo is off the market." He said he couldn't find my phone number to give me a call. Very convenient. You might have to pay a little more for Coldwell and such, but there's a reason why these little companies stay little. They treat people ( their future clients) like commodities. You get what you pay for.

Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, and scam you out of more money when your lease ends. property managers steal your rent money. Owners of the houses do not contact century 21 for anything and leaves century 21 to have no solutions for any issues. Dont rent from them! Dont trust them to rent your house out as property managers either. 0 stars!

I've recently purchased a house through Century 21 Excellence Realty and everything went very well. My purchasing agent was very helpful. My agent was very knowledgeable of the real estate business and gave useful suggestion that led to great choices. I only visited their office a few times, but the staff i met were very pleasant and professional. Even though buying/ selling a home can be very stressful, my agent and her staff did a great job alleviating this hassle.

I bought a home with Century 21 Realtor, had a wonderful experience. My agent was patient, detailed and very knowledgeable every step of the way. I would use and recommend Century 21 Excellence Realty again.

Poor experience with Christina Rockefeller. Contract expired without contact from her and no one will return a call about a request for our earnest money to be returned. Not professional at all.
