This company dropped the ball many times with me regarding my home title. They failed to communicate properly and were often rude to me when I would return phone calls or ask questions. They performed and charged me for a survey that my mortgage company did not require despite me indicating on forms Associates Title provided to me that I would not need one. Now 5 months later they’re calling me because they did not have me sign all the proper paperwork, and they have no explanation as to why this happened. I worked most often with Bethany. The fact that I work for a company that often utilizes Associates is even more disheartening in their treatment of my title process. I would never and will never recommend anyone use this company.

I’ve closed several real estate properties through the past four years and have received the best service by far from this company. Very flexible closing times to help prevent clients from taking time off work if they can’t, ability to close anywhere that the client wants is also fantastic. The pricing is great for the fees that can be shopped in comparison to others as well. Best of all the communication and from those working their is second to none!

My experience with Associates Title, Inc was excellent. I felt fully informed throughout the entire process and any questions I had were answered either immediately or within a very timely manner. My wife and I were offered to sign our closing documents at any time and location that best suited us. While offering a notary to even come to our home in the evening, my wife and I could have had a better, more convenient closing. I would recommend Associates Title, Inc. to anyone looking for a friendly, convenient, and smooth closing process.

Associates Title is great! They were not late. My paperwork was explained. So my brain was not strained. Need title work done? Associates Title is second to none!

Terrible experience. Customer service is non existent. It was total confusion leading up to my loan closing. I signed paperwork and went to close the loan when I got a communication that they messed up the paperwork and I would have to pay ANOTHER $600 to close the loan. No explanation at all, just a random $600 demand. I didn't want to start over so I paid it. Buyer beware!!! Signed documents mean nothing to this group. If you roll the dice and use them, have an attorney on board to be ready for 11th hour changes.

Associates Title is a very reliable title company. This is our second returned visit. They are very professional and friendly. I always recommend them to our friends. When we have had questions, they respond quickly and takes time to answer any questions or concerns.

I was able to have my paperwork thoroughly explained and the whole process took very little time. It was a comfortable atmosphere and the staff encouraged questions and wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing and why.

One of those start up title companies with little experience, no policy, and extreme unprofessionalism. Just my opinion, but when I spend hours of time on the phone waiting for an employee to learn their job, I feel as though I should be reimbursed.
