Huntington Bank S High St, Canal Winchester

Went into this branch at 4:55pm and was greeted by a banker who then asked how they may assist me, after advising them of my problem they the woman then gave me a really nasty look and stated I was talking to fast and she could not help me in 5 min. She then asked me to follow her into her office and asked for my drivers license in a very nasty way and said “now what’s your problem again?” I then explained my self again and she stated she would call me back in the morning. I received a call this morning as expected but not from the lady banker but from a Jim conpston who was not helpful at all he stated that he was just the messenger. I asked him a number of questions that he was not willing to answer. I have been a Huntington customer for over 5 years and this has been the worst branch and experience that I have ever had. I hope that Huntington does a review on this branch and take immediate disciplinary action.

wow I've had multiple GREAT experiences!!! Andrea is phenomenal!!! This is my favorite branch in the country. I now do sometime's have to wait. I think corporate office cut their staffing model because now there are only one or two loan officers and tellers but most often just one. That's just like corporate to run a business into the ground, it happenes all across America. Cut costs at the expense of the customer so they will leave and go elsewhere, brilliant. Corporate America today is out of touch and incompetent. Maybe it's time to drop traditional banks and bank online if the service, convenience, and customer service is the same anyway, just saying. Cut executives and other administrative costs not the associates that interact with the customers. Cutting off your nose to spite your face, such an adolescent business approach.

I live in Canal and have been coming here for years. I find all of the ladies here to be pleasant and professional.

Good customer service got me taken care of fast and efficient

DO NOT COME TO THIS BANK PEOPLE, GO TO THE ONE IN GROVEPORT. This is not the first time I've been here and had horrible customer service. Someone hacked into my bank account and stole a lot of money from me that I desperately needed. I was told by Brandy that I needed to file for identity theft which is exactly what I did. After bringing the police report to Brandy, which clearly says that theft was involved in the taking of my money, she basically laughed in my face the whole conversation and told me it was my fault my money was stolen and there wasn't a single thing they were going to do to try and get it back. She was accusatory, condescending, and it was very clear she had absolutely no empathy to my situation. Even as I stood up and walked away she was still laughing at me. And she's supposed to be a professional! Disgusting. I no longer wish to bank with Huntington whatsoever and will be taking my business to another bank. You have Brandy to thank for that.

Horrible customer service. They are rude and expect customers to wait unreasonable long. Who wants to spend an hour at a bank do get a notary signature or deposits? Have had multiple bad experiences.

In person visits are much more pleasant.
