Fifth Third Bank & ATM W Waterloo St, Canal Winchester

The Fifth Third in Canal is very unhelpful without concern or care in regards to a person’s well-being! I will not say this about all, but at least about one of the managers and one of the reps. They showed little care as to inform or be of help or service when I was uneducated about how easy access works. I had two paychecks taken from me and all I kept hearing was we can set you up for a loan. I will no longer bank with fifth third but I also ask all of you to make sure you are educated before you bank with Fifth Third or use any of their so called benefits or programs. They will not help you in any way, but love to utilize your money or sign you up for something that will actually leave you in a while in the long run. Even customer service was of no help. I cannot have a bank that cares nothing for me or my well being. Please make sure to pay close attention to everything that you do with and at Fifth Third. Students educate yourself and I will make a post on all social media sites as well.

Went to this branch to withdrawal some cash, the teller Penny 1st asked where the deposit was coming from which was not her business, and also the information was on my acct summary which I could clearly see but I guess thats not available on her computer. After looking at the acct she took my bank card and id into an office to which I would assume was a manager and came back and said even though the money says its available it was not yet and could not complete my withdrawal. So I got my stuff walked out went to another branch atm and was able to withdrawal the money that she claimed was not available yet. I will not return to a branch that straight lies to people because they don't want to work. Go somewhere else another branch!

Waited over 20 min.in drive thru and when the car behind me gave up and the car beside me gave up, I drove around front and they had 1 unfortunate lady trying to keep up with both drive thru windows and the front counter. I saw 3 other bank employees with no customers just sitting at their desks not caring that customers are leaving due to poor service.

Kaaren has helped me several times with my account. It is always a pleasure working with her

Most unfriendly staff and very inconsiderate of customer time. We do have accounts with this bank however after my experiences with this location we have decided to bank somewhere else.

There is only one person there who I have a problem with and I don't know her name. She's blonde and very rude. Extremely nosey with things that aren't even her business and very rude tone in her voice and poor attitude. BUT everyone else I've talked to there was super friendly and helpful. I also have to say I love Diane! She is my favorite 5/3 employee ever! She's the nicest kindest most helpful person you could meet. I avoid going inside if I can.

On 3 separate occasions the branch manager Kaaren has had no clue. She claims to have been there 20 years but can't answer simple questions. Don't go to this branch. The manager at the Pickerington branch is very educated, helpful and friendly.

For now on forward I will ALWAYS go out of my way to not have to come here. Almost all of the bank tellers are very rude to you and seem like they are having terrible days everytime I go in there or the drive through. However the lady in the office was very nice to me and helped get my account fixed from fees being charged for no reason plus called a couple days after to make sure things were going good with the account.

Awesome staff! Always so helpful and caring. I try to bank only at this branch. Hands down the best!

I was in there to day and spoke with the lead penny whom was very rude i was told one thing and when I got there after being asked all of these out of the ordinary questions she then told me well "that doesn't make since" and refused to provide the service I was there for...I've been banking with 5/3 since I've pretty much live in Ohio and I have NEVER felt so insulted....I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office.
