Central Bank Metcalf Ave, Overland Park

They were very good and always have been about helping me get new copies of my credit or debit cards made.

I've been banking at Central Bank for a number of years (since it was Metcalf Bank, so at least 12 years). The service gets friendlier and more supportive as the years pass. They even called me on my birthday! Recently I closed my other account at a rival bank, and they didn't even ask why. That's not the way Central Bank treats its customers! I got a nice handwritten note in the mail yesterday from Cherry after doing some transactions there a few days ago. I've been quite pleased with how they work there and am happy to recommend them for any banking needs you may have.

I've been banking here over the past 3 years and i LOVE this bank! The reps are always so kind and greet me with a Hello and a smile. Its always so welcoming. Every time I take my pup they give him treats. Its clean, the location is great, the service is amazing. Its just awesome! Just know you get 10 stars in my book! Thank you for a great experience every time!

My husband and I have had an account for years and customer service and has just went downhill. Called over an issue with an unauthorized charge and then had to go up and fill out paperwork three times because they can't seem to do their job the first time. I have to cancel my card and get a new one and I'm assured doing this will take care of my issue and yet we are going on month 3 now and still having unauthorized charges coming out. Lol. A bunch of remedial people who can't seem to do the one job they are paid to do! So because you guys can't seem to figure out how to do your job I'm closing my account and being done with your awful location!

I've banked here for years. Always great service. Joyce in the drive up calls me by name.. Inside there's another great lady usually in the first window, sorry, can't remember her name. Then there is Alex Marin who has been terrific thru the years. Helping with international banking questions and linking accounts with my children and grandchildren. After the merger they kept the same community bank service that I expect.

I totally agree with Bonnie. I have had my accts. in Missouri the last 18 years. But the nicer looking is in here at this branch. They all have got great people working behind the counter + the quality of service is what I like about this company as a whole.

I’ve been a long time customer with a different regional branch of Central Bank, but recently went into this location. I haven’t experienced customer service at such high levels in years. The bankers were waving and greeting people as they came in and everyone was just so friendly. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

Wonderful experience at this location. Was properly greeted when I walked in. I came in to find out more about business checking for my lawn care business. Alex Marin, was the banker who helped me. She was very knowledgeable about all of the banking products Central Bank has to offer. I am proud to say I’m moving my business over here. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a community bank to Central Bank.

Recently moved to the area and have had good luck with them in Lawrence. This location was just as good as my previous experience. They helped set up my son with his first checking and savings account he’s ever had. The assistant manager that helped us was great!! Definitely recommend this location

I have multiple accounts with this bank, and have had continuous good experiences with this location since its days as "Metcalf Bank" through its transformation into Central Bank of the Midwest. I have been a customer for a combined 25 years or more. This location is closer to my business, so it is used for more of the business transactions than the College and Quivira location (where most of my personal transactions are done). Both locations are excellent with customer service. I will continue to use this bank, and I, highly, recommend them.
