I come in pretty much all the time, sometimes even 3 or 4 times a week and buy videogames or controllers and stuff and they always deliver. Best pawn shop I've ever gone too. Closest one to my house too so they deliver even more and always try to come through for me

Fair, kind, personable and offered options. Knows how to explain how the gold market works. I am a pawn shop veteran lol. The last thing someone needs in an emergent situation, departing with sentimental items is someone trying to get over. I highly recommend them. Andre worked with me and he is a cool dude. Will return and I recommend.

I have only been to a few pawn shops in my life, but it’s safe to say that Heartland Pawnbrokers was the best. The worker their named Jesus, helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He provided great detail about the product and assured to me that they only take in quality items. In total, I was in and out of the pawn shop in less than 10 minutes. It’s a great place!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Andrew and Jesse and they are just a pleasure to work with. Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping me with finding a laptop and camera. He was diligent in getting my laptop ready for me and was even kind enough to find an additional lens for my camera, at a great price. He was very honest and made sure to listen to what it is that I was wanting to do and pairing it with what I should be looking at for purchase. These two are the definition of what good customer service is. Not only do they both go above and beyond to make sure that you are well versed in what you're getting, they make sure to give you a truly pleasant and fun experience. They not only worked well with me, but also my kids. I truly appreciate all the hard work and effort they put in to making sure that I was satisfied with my purchases and for being kind enough to make some great deals. We will most definitely continue to shop in this store and look forward to our next purchases, whatever they may be. Thanks again, guys! I love this pawn shop!! They have always been so nice and helpful. They even let me pawn a ring that I knew wasn't worth much, just to help me out when I on hard times. THIS is the only shop I go to now. I bought a laptop there about a year ago and never have any issues with it, and am actually going back to buy another today for my mother. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I needed a bass amp for an upcoming gig, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on new gear. I was amazed at the selection that had of really high quality, well-maintained amps that they had in stock. I shopped online and was able to get the price the I needed. Staff was very friendly and I ran by the shop during lunch and was in and out in no time. Great experience!

This people are the best great customer service good to service you all the time make people happy and willing to work with you to sale and buying all you bring to the store so satisfy thanks guys you doing a great job

Store has lost its colorful touch in the past few months. But otherwise This pawn shop provides excellent customer service and are really competitive when it comes to their buying prices especially on electronics. Ask for Joel he’s the best!

Best pawn shop I've ever been to. It's small, but they has several items of which all appeared to be high quality and very reasonably priced. They were very fair with their offer on my items and explained everything very well. The staff was beyond awesome too! I've never seen such nice people at a pawn shop or almost any business for that matter. It's almost as if they had gone to special classes for customer service or something. Absolutely professional and treated us with total respect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will most certainly be going back there again to buy items from them or if I ever need another loan or to sell an item. I dealt mostly with an employee by the name of Andrew, but they were all an absolute pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I've been to Joe Flynn's recently which is a really nice place in appearance and quality of merchandise, but everyone acts kind of stuck up and as if you're presence alone is almost a nuisance to them. I just don't feel welcome there. Maybe that's why every time I've been there, the place is void of anyone but the employees. It's literally as if they were frustrated that I wanted to buy items from them. The difference between Heartland and Joe Flynn's is night and day. From now on, I'll be choosing Heartland every time!

I constantly go back and check up on new inventory and every time I return, I am greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. I usually work with Malik and am never disappointed. Andrew the manager, always gives me a great price on whatever I want to buy. Also anytime I am selling something to them, they give me more money then any other local pawnshop is willing to offer. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they make me feel welcome to come and say HI at anytime!
