RTS Financial Services has poor customer services and has been handling my account with little effort and understanding in my business needs. I have been factoring with RTS for a very long time now and they fail to provide the proper services in which I was told would be provided during the start of my business's contract. RTS. Over the years of factoring with RTS I have been very patient in working with them through many misunderstandings and coming up with multiple solutions to handling the purchases of invoices. Payments have been getting held due to RTS account reps not recognizing the paperwork that’s needed to be submitted to Brokers and failing to submit paper to brokers at a timely manner in which accrued fees for late submission. Now that I can’t continue to factor through RTS through all the inconveniences that my company has been going through, RTS refuses to communicate with me, Stopped answering the phones and fails to handle my business concerns in a professional way. I am being forced to shut my business down due to financial issues with income that RTS will not release brokers to pay my company directly due to the consistency of issues, delays and stress.

Our first week with RTS started off a little rough but I guess you can expect that in life. Communication is the key to success as we all know without it nothing will work right!!!!! When my company (Mandy's Trucking Logistics LLC) could not get ahold of someone regarding our gas cards Nick Leis stepped up and helped us out and directed us to the appropriate people. When you have more people step up and do more than what they are getting paid for makes people appreciate them more. Makes other companies want to work with their company more and refer others. Thanks for going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

We in Evennon Inc. have been doing business with RTS Financial for the last 4 years. They have been factoring in our receivables for a while now. We have been experiencing difficulties for the last 18 months so far. Quality of service and communication has constantly deteriorated. Our calls/emails were occasionally ignored, and collection (which is the basic service factoring companies provide) is basically gone. On top of that, we have found numerous hidden deposits that RTS have received and cashed from our customers but never reported and later charged our reserve fund (never paid to us). Some of those were old as 6 to 9 months. Our accounting had constantly to police their work for a year and a half now. Back in March of 2021, we have been unwillingly forced to do another business year with RTS due to our late cancelation notice. We didn't have a choice after the painful 2019/20 freight recession, Evennon's cash flow wasn't great and RTS wouldn't approve buyout by competitors. Interestingly, service never improved, it actually deteriorated further. Today, it's the end of another annual contract and we have never changed our mind and want to leave, but RTS again wouldn't accept our cancelation notice and let us go with a competing company. However, we have decided that we will not be bullied anymore, and we're putting this unfairness to an end. One way or another we will not be forced to do business with RTS for another year. Our relationship has come to an end. I just want to spread the word and make sure that other truckers hear this voice! I don't want anyone working tirelessly in logistics to be in this position. We have felt it on our skin and this is not cool. This is bullying.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. This company was sent money by mistake from Convoy and then refused to send the money back in a timely manner. They have no way to contact them only by email and then you get blocked or blacklisted when you ask about your money. They routed me around to several departments only for every department to play dumb as if they didn't know what we were talking about. Convoy stepped to try to help by sending the amount that they mistakenly paid only for them to not return that exact amount. Drivers work to hard to have there money held hostage as if they worked for it. If I were you I wouldn't work with this company at all. If I feel the need, i will post screenshots of all the emails to show people we're not some upset Transportation company for no reason.

I set up my account Zach Schartz and he informed me that we are ready to go only to find out that they received payment for me and I wasn't ready. They received payment on 2.17.22 today is 3.4.22 and I still have not gotten paid. I provided the ACH confirmation showing they got paid and they claim "They can't find it!" Beware!!! I have called, email and provided all the documents they requested more then once!! There are other great factory companies to use, think twice. I would put less then 1-star but, it won't let me.

This is Jaswinder from J&P Trucking llc. my account rep Sukhjot is very helpful and knowledgeable. he is the reason why we are with RTS even though we are getting better rates some place else. he is very quick to respond to phone calls and he is the reason why we refer other carriers to you guys. we have been with different account reps in the past but no one handles our account better than him. he is a great asset.

Totally dissatisfied with their serviceThey been holding my invoicesI had a claim on my company me and tql came up with a solution to take 250 from each invoice $3000 dollars been stolen the refuse to release my company from under them I will have to take legal action because they are causing way more financial headaches than needed after all said and done they will realize it would been cheaper to go give my company for what we worked for they done dodged calls and all

Hello guys, i am going to be short but honest. RTS is the BEST Factoring company and lot more values that they can provide. I am so happy working with this grate people their APP is very easy to to work with for everything, factoring, fuel discount, load board and etc. All i can say give them a chance and try them out i guarantee who try them out will Love It !!! Terrible company, not professional. They have no problem cashing in our checks for over $68,000 bashing our name and saying untruthful things about our company and on top of that telling the carriers in our network not to business with us. RTS is NOT to be trusted. They will take your money then stab you in the back

I highly suggest you avoid doing business with these crooks. They scammed our company the past 9 months, avoided our calls and emails, never paid out even though we have proof of hidden deposits from our customers.

This factoring company is terrible. The first transaction they paid with no problem. However we have now have 4/5 outstanding invoices with them, las week we were told its being processed and would receive a wire within an hour and now all of a sudden all invoices need to be re uploaded and they now need the company's banking information. No one answers the phone either

Pathetic whenever they need new clients they will call you everyday and once you signup then everybody dissappear. I am taking factoring from RTS but my experience is very bad never recommend rts factoring whenever i have any issues their is no one to resolve my issues nobody responds on phone no reply to emails waiting to complete my contract with them. No client support once you get stuck that means you stuck no one will help you.

RTS is a great factoring company to work with. Never had an issue with these guys ever. you upload your invoice you can get paid same day or the next day it’s your Choice. Work with Sukhjot Bedi there. Great guy to work with always helpful. He stays on top of everything so you can get paid on time super helpful guy.

I started doing factoring with RTS Financial back in 2017, Sukhjot Bedi and his team have been really helpful since then. We stopped factoring for a short period due to working dedicated but now that I needed factoring services again. It was no question who to go to. RTS was my first and last call. I don't regret it one bit. The team 6 has been great help in making sure they have all my paperwork before they submit so I don't have issues 30-40 days down the line. No complains so far and with how its going I doubt I ever will.

I signed up for only the RTS financial fuel card and they fradulently signed me for their factoring as well. They put a lien on my company and refusing to let me go. Their factoring is the worse. They do not respond to calls or anything. They have so many hidden fees that bring the fees up to 7 8%+. Do not trust rts financial with your company and money. Their fuel card has terrible discounts. You can find better discounts anywhere else. They also havee sent me the personal info of other people who work with them. They sent me the name, address, and SOCIAL SECURITY of random people who factor for them. DO NOT TRUST YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst people I have ever encountered. Not only have they taken money that is mine and not giving it to me, they are holding my company hostage and not releasing me so that we can go to a different company. the new company has requested to buy out my open invoices also and RTS will not respond to an email nor will they answer the phone. We have left voicemails and literally do not know what else to do. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS

Excellent services and friendly staff. RTS meets all my expectations and needs. We have been working with RTS for over 4 years and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The reps are friendly and quick to reply to any issues. They have great customer service. I highly recommend them if you are a small or big company, they will do anything to make sure everything goes smoothly. I have no complaints at the moment.

Definitely have a lot to say but let's start with the fact that sales team tries hard to make things better but Operatios team just fails their clients. Operations Team changes rules on the go and only look for reasons not to fund you. Funds being help for no reason, and when asked they cannot even provide a justification. Yes you can get a low factoring fee, but the headache and constant back-and-forth is not worth it. There are other factoring companies out there who actually care about their clients and help them grow, not destroy their business. Happy that we were able to leave!

I have been working with RTS as one of their clients for about 2 years +. I highly recommend their service. I honestly have enjoyed working with them on a day to day basis. Haley, as one of their Accounting Representative has truly given her best to serve us as she is very competent, polite and diligent.

I had the worst experience factoring with rts.now I am trying to exit they keep giving the run a round , say the have outstanding invoices from brokers I got the invoice from brokers showing them paid to rts when I fwd to Saleman and transition no one answered or reply to my email and they stop answering my calls.which I think is so unprofessional .

Honest I have seen a lot of bad reviews but my experience has been completely My sales rep amel pleh has been awesome to work with. They always seem to try to better their operation. The times that I have had problems they worked with me promptly to get to the bottom of it and fix it. Yes sometimes it's hard to get a hold of someone but Amel always calls me back fast. If working with them stays like this i will have no reason to not work with them. Over all my personal experience has been one of positives and have seen no indications of that changing. Thank you

I am giving RTS no start for the following reason. Customer services is horrible. Trucking a a hectic business your factoring company should be easy to deal with. RTS does not check that box. I have been waiting to hear about my buyout, which there is not much to do, for over 1 week. None is responding and none cares. They are choosing to work with the big guys because the little guys don't get them enough revenue. Which in my mind is fine business is business but don't stop me from making money. Any business can be good today and bad tomorrow. You always need people who are there during the good and bad times. This company is not one of them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, from day one. They file a UCC on your company before you have even begun factoring with them. In case you don't know what that is they basically tie you up so you can't go anywhere from day one. FYI: The one star that shows is because if I do not choose one I cannot post my review. They do not deserve that one star.

RTS is spot on they work with me to get my cash flow flowing. As soon as I send my invoices in I am getting paid. There app is user friendly and easy to follow. The rates are very reasonable so you get the money you have worked hard for. I recommend RTS to anyone looking to factor and want a team that works as hard as you do to keep your cash flowing.

RTS Financial is a great factoring company. Very good rates and customer service is superb. Been with them for a couple of years and never had any issues whatsoever. They also have great fuel cards that give you great discounts nationwide. I would recommend them to anyone. You wont be disappointed.

It's been almost a year since we started to work with RTS Financial and our life at work has been much more comfortable comparing to a four-year torture of our previous experience with ECS. Our representative is Jessica Ryan and she is a perfect example of a reliable, intelligent and knowledgeable professional with an excellent and nicest personality. Professional, Unbelievably Courteous; Consistently Fast & Reliable Payment to my Company! I am new to the trucking business and have to deal with a lot of different people on a daily basis. Many of whom are not excited to hear from me due to the many questions I ask. However, at RTS, the staff has been super friendly and really professional. They keep me encouraged by being there for me all the time and are very easy to reach. The entire RTS staff are nice and their customer service is 'top-of-the-line'! I have been extremely fortunate to work with Jordan and Shelby. These guys are truly amazing! Two of the friendliest persons you will ever encounter in business. I use RTS's fuel card and their factoring service and both have continually worked tremendously well for my company. I really dont think my company could have started out as smoothly as it did or have grown so quickly and efficiently without RTS. They are truly anchors to my companies survival and effectiveness.

Great company with great people - starting from Ryan, Alison, Patrick, ect. I have been working with this company for long time now and I've had nothing but great experiences. Sometime bothers me their ratings for brokers, but that is just for my good. All of those that RTS don't want to buy invoices are really hard to get payment from and on the end I am so glad that RTS do it that way. My account representative Tamara Kapetina is very professional and she is always ready to help. This factoring company from a good one became one of the worst factoring companies in the USA. They keep your invoices. It takes a lot of time for confirmation verifications. They do not provide Cash Flow that you need for your business. DO NOT WORK WITH RTS EVER! This is the best advice to you.

Do not factor with RTS  because RTS is holding me hostage even though I sent the termination notice on time with a proof. They don't want to send the buyout agreement to my new company. Now I have to involve my lawyer. This unlethal company is trying to put me out of business because I don’t want to work with them.I was with them for few years, but lately they forget sending bills to the brokers and then they complain that they did not get money from those brokers.

I would like to leave this review for my rep Sukhjot Bedi and his Team! we have been in the industry since 2000, have had many different factoring companies, but have never been as happy as we have been since being moved to Sukhjot's team! The customer service is top notch and no one in the market can match that! we have been on other teams at RTS but you don't get the personal touch that Team 6 and Sukhjot provide. For e.g. - RTS was closed on Friday (24th dec) and Sukhjot personally called me and let me know about this, giving me ample time in advance to plan with the weeks billing. No one will do it that except RTS! you have a customer in me for life RTS! Great job employing the best people! you make our jobs less stressful!

Their customer service needs to be worked on; it is next to impossible to get someone on the phone that can give you on answer to your questions. OR direct you to someone that can. We started dealing with RTS back in January of this year. And they wait until a week ago to tell us that they cannot do business with us. Our company is on hold because RTS refuses to send us a letter as to why they refuse to do business. They run our credit twice in 1 week. RTS is purposely holding us back from moving forward. We will never recommend them to anyone else, and to think that we gave them a few customer in the pass . I will forward how they are treating us to everyone. For such a huge company you would think that they are practicing better customer service.

I started with RTS this year. I still don’t know properly who is my sales rep. RTS Sukhjot is telling me companies to work with, who pays RTS with no much efforts. Whereas I got direct quick pay from customers whom RTS claims that they don’t pick calls and that’s the reason they are low rated and so RTS don’t factor. They do not give release letter to the customers of mine who pay me a better rate. RTS no one is answering any calls. I started a new company and in need of quick pays. RTS cannot do that because some of the companies are low rated. I have asked them to cancel my account with them today. Reading all the reviews I get to know that this company is not at all reliable. I have also read the response from the owner: it just says the representative will get in touch with you to sort out the issues. Can anyone tell, how many have got a call to get the issues solved??? I do not think anyone got any calls.

Do not get the fuel card. These people sent me a bill for $323.95. I made sure I had $330 in my account for payment. They drafted my account for $353.95 which caused and NSF from my bank, RTS charged me a $30 NSF & $75 late fee because they drafted the wrong amount. Every CSR I’ve spoken to has told me keep more money in your account or you have to pay the fees? Please leave this scam company alone. The customer service is terrible to tell me I’m wrong. Terrible company to do business with. Not worth the $75 set up fee also. This card will keep you in debt with them. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

Was using RTS Financial for 4 years and always was happy to use it and also always recommended to friends and anybody who is was looking for Factoring needs. But couple of days ago received email regarding that's my account with RTS suspended without any notice. because now they grown and my monthly cash flow so low to work with me.So disappointed now. And don't wanna recommend RTS Financial to anybody ,

Working with RTS has been one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone or respond to emails. Their factoring rates are higher than all of the other factoring companies that I have spoken with. They are quick to recourse and in most instances have not even contacted the broker. I find myself having to contact the broker myself and the situation is always rectified with a simple email, which means I am paying RTS and doing part of their job. They are horrible at communicating and no one appears to know what is going on or even cares...ever. Their contract terms make it nearly impossible to leave. The only reason I am giving them one star is because I could not post this comment without at least giving them at least one star. I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy.

We are having constant issues with RTS not billing us for their loads. Currently we're following up with 6 of their carriers to try to get invoices sent. We received a "statement" from them yesterday which contained 1 load, which we haven't been billed for. In fact we have at least 6 of their carriers that we owe money to, and each of those bills is more than 30 days old. We're having to follow up with them to get our bills. The statement before that, the prior Monday, showed that we owed nothing. I have no idea what kind of system they're running there. But I sure do wish they didn't represent so many carriers so I could just tell people who factor through them that we'll find someone else. There's nobody we can talk to about this. When we call we get sent to voicemail if we're lucky enough to speak with someone, and nobody returns the call. When we email nobody responds. These guys are completely unprofessional and they don't even do the job they are theoretically getting paid to do. Not pleased. If I could leave 0 stars I would. As the owner of this company they're a constant thorn in my side.

I would like to leave this review for Sukhjot Bedi and team 6. they are doing a fabulous job and are always available on the phone and email and quick to help resolve any issues. Sukhjot and his team are the only reason why we are still factoring with RTS even though we are getting a lesser rate some place else. they are truly amazing and I highly recommend factoring with them. They are the reason why we recommend rts to our trucker friends!

After the 6 months to a year services got slow they care more when they first sign you up after that it’s terrible nobody knows anything I was blocked from getting Jb hunt fuel advances while under a load now I’m stranded with no fuel or capital their stern like o well I can’t reach my sales rep in months I’ve been trying to get out this contract after noticing the decline in services this is a nightmare

RTS has been a great company to work with from the account reps/teams to the managerial staff. They are very professional with their work and do an excellent job communicating as a whole. They have made my experience a positive one and we are happy to do business with RTS Financial.

Karin Express Inc 5 out of 5!! I am new to the factoring industry and decided to go with RTS Financial because they were able to provide services that other companies are not able to. The main reason I have been with RTS for two years is because they have account reps that are able to speak Punjabi. My account representative is Shawn Gill and he has done an amazing job handling my account since I’ve been with RTS. Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider him my account rep and more of a friend. We’ve gained a relationship since I have been with RTS and is one of the reasons I would pay more compared to other factoring companies because of his outstanding services. In my opinion, RTS is the best company when it comes to transportation needs. Company employs very generous and professional people. That is just another reason to be with such a company, that not only handles your work but with care. As if they are working with you and not for you. Would definitely recommend RTS to other carriers looking into Factoring, Fuel Cards, etc.

Worst service they will hold your invoice for whatever issue, and if you want to break the contract before you complete the year with them is $5,000.

We have worked with RTS on several different occasions. They are always very professional and their staff is always extremely helpful. Toni Hadel is our customer representative. She is the nicest person and so eager to assist with any questions or information request. I highly recommend RTS for anyone considering factoring. They are great people with great business ethic. We are currently factoring with them again and as always things are running smoothly and accurately. Their receivable postings are always timely.

We have been using RTS Financial since 2016 and I couldn't be happier with them. I have to say that I was very reluctant to use a factoring company and their were so many companies to choose from but RTS is top notch. I really appreciate the fact that their systems are very easy to use and understand. The new app is amazing!!!! Our rep is Ryan Mealy.... He always goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of in a timely manner.

I am a new trucking company that just finished my first quarter in business. I spent weeks speaking to different factoring companies. The options in the market are endless and everyone promises you the moon. When I contacted Brian @ RTS, it was a different type of phone call. I didn't get a fluffy sales pitch. Brian didn't degrade his competition or spend time talking at all about his competitors. The discussion focused around my needs as a new company, the goals I had and how RTS could help out. When I finished that call with Brian, I had a feeling that I would go with RTS, but I did my due diligence and continued to check out other factoring companies. At the end of the day, I personally felt that RTS stood above the rest and I signed on with them. 4 months into this adventure and RTS has been one of the few vendors whom I have had issues with. Whenever an issue arises, the operations staff is quick to help out. All in all, we all look for the same thing. Someone who does what they say they are going to do. My experience with RTS is exactly that. Honest, straightforward, and good to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to utilize the services of a factoring company.

Had some Issue's , took awhile to get them corrected, some my fault some their fault.. Had a Rep get back with me and help solve the Issues. Bailey was awesome and understanding and stuck with me until everything was corrected. and explained things I didn't know about. They could use some work with the customer service phone lines and client service emails , but it worked out. Thanks Bailey

When everything works out fine they are good, but when you need help, their customer service and communication is non existent. I called and emailed them about three weeks ago about an unpaid invoice. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to call back. She said she was gonna check what the problem was and call me back. She never did. Invoice remains unpaid 3 weeks later.

I am a new client of RTS and so far everything has been going well. Julie in sales helped me with the set up and made it super easy. RTS has been transparent with their processes, fees, and expectations. They charge a flat fee without any hidden surprises. My operations rep Victoriya takes a good care of my purchases, and I always get my money on time. I have a fuel card with them as well and have been getting good discounts. Great service all around and I look forward to working with them for many more years!

check apple reviews to before you get with this company it’s by far my worse experience!!! I never factored with them and tried to leave and they charged me a fine never Explained how they obtain the amount for the fine (Krystal) and now I’m Still waiting to be released save your self the headache you will loose a lot of money and time with these people they lie telling you brokers don’t pay on time !! And when you want to leave to another company they will not let you. Stay away please don’t sing up take for someone who has suffer so much stress with them. They will treat you like trash and won’t answer you!!!

We love working with RTS Financial for our factoring. We've been factoring our invoices with them for about 2 years now and haven't had any issue with them so far. We actually came on board with RTS after switching from England Carrier Services' factoring. The RTS service level far exceeds any other factoring company. Their quick payfees are really low and there are no hidden fees involved. Love their service!!!!
