We've made several claims on our house policy and our car policy and both times the company went out of its way to make sure that we were pleased with the final result. Grant also was very helpful in getting the claims process started. He also does a good job of making sure our policies are reflecting any changes in our situation. I'm sure they are not the cheapest, but there is none better when the time comes when you need to access your coverage.

Grant was very responsive to our requests and worked extremely hard to come up with solutions to our coverage and premium issues.We were very happy with his knowledge of the insurance industry and the products available.
