We had a great experience working with Steve Mix to refinance our home loan. After our first conversation we agreed he’d watch rates for a couple weeks to see if they’d fall down to our target rate. About a week later he called back and said we could get the rate we were looking for along with a nice lender credit. We locked in that day and we were able to close 17 days later. Mr. Mix did an amazing job. This was my first home and had ZERO experience with the process. I was working with a previous mortgage company that was not working with me at all. Mr. Mix helped me understand everything that was going on during every step of the process. He also came in approximately $300 a month lease than the mortgage company my realtor had recommended.
