After rates dropped a little later on, Joanne was able to get us into a shorter term mortgage and an even lower rate. Now years later we again find ourselves seeking Joanne out to help us with a refi on our Hill Country home. She was able to lock us in at a rate that was stellar compared to what I was paying and compared to other quotes I'd seen.
