I contacted smart Auto leasing asking if we could possibly use them Again to find another car after my husband had a accident on Aug 22,2020 . He lost his Chrysler 200 2015 it was not safe to drive and knowing that the rental car had to be return back to the place on Wednesday in hurst. i worked with a guy name Kent I gave him a full description on what my husband and I wanted in a car he sent us 3 pictures to choose from and after looking them over more then once my husband and I decided to allow kent to bring it to us for us to look at it again in person and do a test drive on a 2020 Honda Accord lx. Many moons ago my wife and I bought a vehicle from Smart auto. Their customer service was fantastic and their financing options were great. I decided to find another vehicle and decided to get some rough numbers. Roland Solis is their manager for the auto financing, he took it upon himself, without permission, to run my credit and my wife's credit without consent. I just didn't like the dishonesty. So here I am writing what would have been a great give star review to a one star. I asked Roland for his managers name and number and he never got back to me. I hope someone can assist. Update: 7/7/2019 The hard inquiry feel off my credit report. I want to thank Smart Auto leasing and GM, Thomas Montez, for their due diligence on my behalf. They made it right and I hope next time I am in the market they could help me out for sure.

I am a college student and within the same month I was involved in two car accidents both within two weeks. One accident actually left my car totaled. Don't fall for all the 5-star reviews this company gives customers an incentive to write. I've leased cars for 15 years. I typically dealt with the big leasing company we've all heard of. I thought I'd take a chance with Smart Auto Leasing. My lease term was longer than what the salesperson had told me when we discussed the deal. It's 100% on me. I rushed through the paperwork because it had always been a smooth process with the leasing specialist at the other company and I didn't think someone would lie about the length of the deal. The person I did the lease with was gone within a year. Every time I call back, the person I worked with 'is no longer with the company'. That tells you a lot about a company. The last person I talked to mentioned what a bad lease I was in (Yeah, I know). Lesson learned. I'm going back to D&M.

We had a problem on my credit report that I didn't know about, but she went to bat for us because I had the documentation to prove it was false, and that my credit was clear! She managed to get us a fabulous vehicle with great terms, low down payment, low monthly payments. She delivered it personally and was just a gem to meet!
