It’s been a great experience for me. When I needed a loan they didn’t turn me down. Even when you don’t get a pay check they can find a way to help. The staff here has been always friendly and courteous and very very understanding. So i definitely recommend this place.

The people here are great, honestly if you need a loan I suggest here. I tell everyone about this place. Not at all like your typical cash advance. I'm always quickly helped and my questions are always answered. I was approved same day and had a check on my hands in a matter of a few hours!

The people here are courtious and up front. I havent had any issues with the service or the people that work here. I had lost my job and was able to utilize thier unemployment isurance without any problems and received notifications from them by phone whenever there was a question. They also provide a courtesy call before your payment as an additional service. I have never walked in and not been treated well and welcomed with a smile.

So I called the other day and talked to a rosie or rosa who had an attitude and was rude on the phone when I was inquiring on a loan. She sounded irritated when I explained my income situation she said you probably won’t even qualify because we only do loans for $1000 , and she was rushing me off the phone!! omg so impatient! Not good first impression won’t be coming here to apply!! Ive never been treated like this!

I'd say atrocious absolutely rude cust "Serv/Ice " ...and shady as heck like identity theft central. This is America ...we show kindness and good manners and Service is number one. It smelled and the now hiring sign I bet stays there...new management means better investment cashco. if I were the owner oh gosh... I'd invest in the office space and the way it's being represented. No money is worth the negative vibe I just got

Terrible. Applied online over a week ago. Called them the same day to make sure they got it. The lady I spoke with stated that yes, they have it and have begun processing and will give me a call by the end of the business day. Here we are a week later and NO PHONE CALL has come. Probably for the best that I didn't get tied into any contract with such a poorly run, careless to customers, sham operation. CONSUMER BEWARE! UPDATE: I had emailed through their website looking for answers, and received a snobby, uppity email this afternoon from an Angie Miller who stated the Assistant Branch Manager Destiny called and left a voice mail and had I called back I would of had news. WELL: Destiny is a LIAR! She did not call. There is no voicemail. Trying to deflect the blame on to me for not returning a non-existent phone call and the voicemail that does not exist. These people are LIARS! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE!
