Berenice- I have never been to a place where customer service was so important but store 2030 exceeded my expectations. This young lady (Berenice) made my experience one to remember she was very polite very well spoken and she I could tell she had been properly trained the companies best. Salome Valdivia gave amazing service. Very professional and cordial. Thank you Salome. I did have 1 thing that I found abnormal. Maybe I’m wrong? I surely have never had to do this before. Be prepared to be cornered in to writing them a 5 star review. I wouldn’t mind it so much had I been asked, cause thruth be told they are always very nice. But being told to do it, right there on the spot with someone watching you? just didn’t feel right.

Paula banda [2030 W baseline ] is a really good general manager, she was able to answer any questions needed. I had a awesome experience at this Cashtime location on 2030 W. Baseline. I had the pleasure of meeting the best assistant manager ever! Her name is Salome Valdivia. She made the whole process fast and we actually had fun doing it. I felt like I was talking to an old friend catching up on things and laughing together. It was great! She help me get the money I needed for my daughter to go on her trip to Washington with her school choir. She sat with me through the process and helped me in a lot of ways to get the info I needed for the loan right there with her. Seriously if you need some cash until Payday please call Salome at the Baseline location she is by far the best and will work with you until she can get you going with your cash in your pocket.
