    These guys are great from Jose who I first dealt with to Dominic who did all the paperwork and made sure I always knew what was going on with the car I had chosen these men restored my faith in humanity I NEVER felt like I was just a wallet or dumby to be taken advantage of. Big difference from all the other dealers I had contact with, HUGE.     If I could give no stars I would, I purchased a car from Larry, issues with the car with check engine light next morning Larry never returned call Salim had me bring car in said issue was fixed, a week and a half later check engine light back on again salesman Larry never returned call, Salim had me bring car into the dealership, they had my car for nearly a month to fix traction and transmission issues, having same issues called dealership spoke to general manager Larry let him know I had purchased a car from him, he said he was new to company explained the situation then he states he remembered me and that he would speak to mechanics and get back to me have left over 20 messages with Axel for over a week to have either general manager Larry or owner Mike to return my call to no avail. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere for your reliable car and customer service. Customer service can make or break your business that is why the Glendale location is no longer in business.

    I went too the dealership yesterday and I was helped too the limit with getting a car that was what I wanted and I was treated good. I hot too talk too Manny who was very chill, honest and going too bat for me too purchase a vehicle that I talked too him about. I was very welcomed and was able too make the deal with no hassle. Thanks also too Salim the finance manager who was doing everything in his power too get me financed. I appreciate the deal and the further assistance. You guys are top notch in my book.

    Key West was highly recommended by several friends of mine so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. I can not say enough outstanding things about this dealership. Not only are the vehicles absolutely gorgeous the prices are VERY reasonable! More importantly, the service was top-notch. We dealt primarily with the sales representative, Moses, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My boyfriend does not have the best credit but between Frank and Moses, they were able to get him into the car he wanted at a price we couldn’t resist. They offered many programs and went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied. If I could give a million stars, I would. We had an amazing experience with a fantastic company. Highly recommended.

    I urge anyone looking to buy a car here to look elsewhere. Shady and dishonest car salesmen to go along with their outrageous fees and faulty vehicles. The vehicle I purchased came with a list of issues, one of which left my vehicle stranded in a parking garage for almost a whole week to be towed for repair. Dominic the owner promised to reimburse me for that along with the fact that I had to take the vehicle through emissions to get my plates because they simply forgot. I was promised a check months ago and he asks who I am every time I email or text as if we don't have message history. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely dissatisfied.

    July 7th 2020-Just bought a 2008 Honda fit sport. Was running late, but Dominick, and Augusto saved my spot in line with 2 other people coming to check it out today. I will leave an update on the car in the next few months but so far I am very happy (Day1). -Julio July 25th 2020-UPDATE: Car broke down in less than 23 hours since the day I purchased and they are still fixing “throttle body” 17 days later since they had it towed on the 8th. I was provided with a loaner car but it broke down the next day. The 2nd loaner was fine. Waiting on a 3rd loaner car currently while they finish repairs. Update: 09/10/20: Complaint Type: Consumer to Business Complaint Nature of complaint: Guarantee Or Warranty Issues Problem description: Julian Johnson 7/20/2020 Dear Dominic, Recently, I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit Sport from your dealership: KEYWEST SALES AND FINANCIAL GROUP on 7/06/20 at 4:52 pm. I had the car for less than 24 hours before the car refused to start let alone drive. To be specific I had the car for 23.4 hours and drove less than 100 miles before the car broke down. Your dealership towed the car to your shop a day later July 7th at 9:46 pm. I was given a loaner car by your dealership 3 days later July 10th at 12:30 pm with 177,657 miles which also broke down later that night at 8:52 PM after driving 187 miles. I was given a second loaner by your dealership on July 11th with an empty tank at 3:51 pm with 202229 miles. That cars engine light came on two days later July 13th at 9:48 pm after driving 202 miles. I was initially told July 8th that my car would be ready to pickup July 9th in the afternoon, at the latest on the 10th. Unfortunately the vehicle was not ready and I have received multiple dates of pickup during which the vehicle was not ready. After constant calling and 4 visits later all the agreed upon items still have not been repaired on the vehicle. As a result, under advisement from my attorney Chuck Franklin I am rescinding our contract and asking for the return of my $5000. My attorney has informed me that under the Arizona Lemon Law I am entitled to a return at this point. I have also been asked to inform you that should a return not be issued this matter will be taken to court. Sincerely, Julian Johnson Unfortunately, this was the last time that I heard from this establishment after turning in this letter. Desired Resolution: Other (requires explanation) Desired Outcome I would like the return of the $5,000. I have attached pictures below of the vehicle issues that I experienced as proof. The first picture is the first vehicle that I purchased. Second picture is that car being towed. The other 3 pictures are the issues that I experienced with all three loaner vehicles that you guys gave me. I left a review on google and was told by you all that the salesman Dominic that I purchased the car from does not work here, so I attached a picture of the business card that he gave me when I purchased the vehicle and my last review that I left on google. Thank you :). I have lost so much money being unable to get back and forth. As a college student I have classes to pay off and bills to pay and am unable to work now. I really hope that you guys dont take advantage of anymore people. We have families, kids to take care of. Despite what is happening I still wish you all the best and hope that we can settle this in a professional manner. Thank you.

    Sold a car that couldn’t pass emissions, I had to bring the car back and wait a week for them to just reset the codes and tell me they fixed it. After constantly complaining that the ac didn’t work they removed the compressor and replaced it with a old rusty compressor and sent me on my way. After complaining that it still didn’t fix the problem they told me it was passed warranty. The car was never repaired and I’m still repairing it until this day and it has been 10 months. Don’t buy a car from here unless you know it’s in good shape because they will not fix anything in good faith. Salim on the other hand is very professional. They sales people are terrible.

    . Migul sold is a van that the transmission went out in not even 2 months later. They told me they were going to fix it came and towed the car from my place back to there shop. For the next 4 months they kept telling me that they were waiting for the transmission. About a month later they told me they weren't fixing it and then they wouldn't give us the money we put down back or replace van with a different vehicle. The finical person told us to walk away and he would report it to our credit but if we decided to go the legal route they would report it and mess up our credit for not making the payments on a van that we didn't have and didn't work. Scammer go else where for a vehicle.

    In the market for a updated car. Have past Key West Sales and Finance and I drive in for a perk. They had a great selection, were very courteous and looking forward to close a deal within the next couple of days.     I will not purchase from this company. The owner has not provided me with my title and registration and it has been over 45 days. I keep getting the run around. He also sold me a car with lots of problems he never disclosed. An oil leak evident the next day after purchase. The car will not go over 40 miles in the highway after being driven over an hour. Check engine came on 1 week after purchase. So many lies and not much truth or responsibility. Do not purchase from this place.

    BE warned.. Purchased a car cash, had issues but I knew what to do as I have experience. Paid cash in 20 minutes, waited an hour for paperwork and plate. Plate expired before I could get registration. Called and got the run around. Similar to many reviews. I have been in the business for 20 years and know the ins and outs so I applied pressure. At first it worked, seemed results would be coming. Motor went out during warranty, discussed and opted not to use their services as it was already disappointing. 3 months after paying cash, I had repaired my vehicle on my own, I finally threatened a lawsuit, state violation complaints, and to physically drive to dealer (12 minutes away) to stand there and explain to each person who came, why I wouldn't buy a car there, and they walked a new plate and registration out to my car before I got inside, title in mail next day. Not professionals. Buy elsewhere. If you already bought, don't play games, get what you deserve or get a lawyer.

    BEWARE! DO NOT BUY HERE!! My daughter bought a car here on 11/14/2020. Initially the car needed a battery for the test drive. Car drove great for the test, and the rest if the evening. Sunday morning (11/15/2020) was when the problem truly started. Car wont start! Not only will it not start, the key was stuck in the ignition and could not be removed! After a Google search, I found that there was a release button hidden in under the column cover. Called dealership - sales rep that we dealt with - and they said they would send a tow truck to pick it up. Hours later, my daughter was told that their tow truck was "out of commision", and they would send a mechanic to work on it. Monday 11/16/2020, 2 very unprofessional looking individuals show up in a Volkswagen Beetle with meager tools, to address the problem. They proceeded to CUT OUT THE ANTI THEFT alarm system from the car! They just cut the wires! The "mechanics" looking dumbfounded that hadn't solved the problem then told me that it would have to be towed back to their dealership where they were "better prepared" to fix it. They left. They also left the car torn apart, and STILL not running! 11/17/2020 - Tow truck shows up - apparently a "buddy of the owner of the dealership - to pick up the car. Driver wants to literally drag the car (which is stuck in park, wont start, and the key wont rotate to release the steering, and doing so can damage the automatic transmission park interlock). My daughter offered the owners manual to the driver, to which he denied any interest. She then had to instruct the tow truck driver (someone who should KNOW this) how to disengage the gear selector - which is clearly shown in the owners manual - so the car would roll out of the narrow driveway, to be loaded. I am absolutely appalled at the ignorant individuals that are associated with this company. We are currently in the process of trying to cancel the purchase of this car. THEY CUT THE DAMN WIRING HARNESS!!!! We have taken pictures and started documenting all conversations. They are trying to fix the car, to which I'm sure the repairs will be less that satisfactory on ANY professional level. They have stated that they get "3 chances to repair the car" before we can cancel the sale. NOTE: Arizona state "lemon law" specifically states TWO chances to repair a detrimental failure on a used vehicle, not 3. Try #1 - They attempted to repair it in my driveway - FAILED. Now they have the car at their shop. This is their second attempt at repairing the same issue.... 11/19/20 They called my daughter to inform her that they couldn't fix the car, and that they were going to refund her money. They needed her to come down to process the return. They also asked us to remove this review. My daughter told them that when her money was returned to her bank account, we would remove the review. 11/21/20 Returned to sales office to obtain the, agreed to, refund. Upon pulling into the dealership, I noticed the car. It was parked back on the sales lot - with the temporary plates STILL on it. Sales rep told my daughter that they had fixed the car, and that she could take the car or get her refund. She opted for the refund. Sales rep went to ho get his boss. Sales rep returned without the boss. Sales rep said, "Did you remove that bad review?". My daughter said, "No. You agreed to refund my money, and we would then remove the review." Sales rep then said, "If you havent removed the review, then we are done here. Have a nice day!" Then he walked off. No refund, they still have the car (claiming it is fixed), and to boot - THEY NEVER GAVE US A COPY OF THE SALES PAPERWORK!!! Failure to give a copy of the signed paperwork, to the purchaser... Sounds like fraud to me. Do Not Buy Here!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!

    I was in need of a car but a decent monthly price on a quality vehicle is hard to find with my current credit situation. Tony and Arturo were great. They were extremely patient and answered my questions as they arose. I didn't feel pressured in the least. Would buy again. Their cars are of great quality too

    I've looked around to many dealerships before finally settling with Key West because I felt comfortable and the process was easy. Tony and Jocelin were very helpful for my first car buying experience. Also Key West is offering a 2 year maintenance plan on all vehicles, which is really great especially when buying a used car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

    Trust the bad reviews because I now believe the good reviews have to be fake. Called at 9am to make sure they had the car on the lot, drive an hour out there and the same man I spoke to told me that car sold Saturday. After he realized we obviously only came out for that car he got rude and just ignored us so we left. They will lie to you and waste your time, glad I didn’t waste money on a car that was probably gonna die leaving their lot anyways.
