I've done business here before, always paid my loans on time. Went in today and the woman behind the counter was extremely rude even after I gave a friendly good morning. Terrible customer service so bad that I decided not to even get the loan. There are plenty of other payday loan spots, save your energy and go somewhere with decency

This place has really gone beyond expectations for me.. They cashed a check I thought I'd have trouble cashing it was out of state personal handwritten check. Took a few minutes but the lady was so nice and helpful. Great customer service.

I go there twice a month and they are very helpful and will answer any questions you might have.

I’ve been coming here every now and then, NOT MUCH. The people here have always been professional with me, in that aspect I’ve never had a problem. The only thing that bothered me recently was that I was not aware that if you borrow , let’s say $100 and you pay it back in “2 days” , they still charge you a fee of $10??? They call it a initiation fee? That , just seems too steep for me, it seems too much for just 2 days. I was told that other places don’t charge you a fee if you pay your loan back in a couple of days... 8/4/20

If you guys just put the right phone number or picked up the phone it would b great or even better

This place is horrible and treat’s it’s customers worse. They rip people off when you pay earlier than your loan is due and Lydia is particularly horrible laughing and treating people in a condescending way. Do yourself a favor and find another solution. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Western Union refunded money that I sent out of the country. The recipient could not collect it because the particular country where he lives has no American cash to give him. So for 30 days we’ve been trying to actually find a person that can help us get our money back. No one wants to even listen to our story, it was complicated to explain. We were exhausted from trying to get Western Union people to understand or care that we had a lot of money out there in limbo land somewhere. Finally I decided maybe we could just go pick it up.. it wasn’t showing up in our bank account as they said it would. So we went to numerous stores and they wouldn’t even listen to our story. Then... we found out about the Cash n Go store, finally someone cared enough to help us. “Sam” was polite, patient and seemed to be concerned about our situation. He gave us superior customer service and I want him to know as well as his supervisor. He’s a very kind person. Thank you Sam.

It says on google maps that they are open Jan 1st on Saturday until 2pm which is completely false because I get here hoping to do business and they are not open. So either the cash n go or google needs to get their information straight!!!!!

I've been using Cash and Go on and off for a couple years. Loan agencies aren't the *best* way to borrow money as it can easily get cyclical and the interest can be steep, but truth be told I love this place. They're always really nice and helpful when I have questions. I've never had any issues receiving a loan, and they always give me 30 days to pay the loan back. Overall, fluid and positive experience!

Omg this place was awesome! I was having trouble cashing a check because if the amount.But they took care of me.Vanessa waited on me.She was fast and efficient and more than courteous.The fee they charged was also very reasonable.Vanessa is a real asset to this business.I left smiling and totally happy.Thank you Vanessa!👍👍🤘😊
